A huge smile spread upon Rosé's face as she realised what she had said that had put Lisa in such a great mood."Just so you know," The younger girl said, picking up her bowl. "I love you," She smiled, staring deep into the dark almost black eyes opposite her. Both had an undeniably large number of butterflies fluttering around their stomach and grins plastered on their faces; both also relieved that they reciprocated each others feelings for each other. Lisa finished her banana split and went to cuddle up into Rosé just as the older girl also finished hers.
"I love you," Rosé whispered into the quiet room, resting her head on Lisa.
"I love you too," Lisa whispered back, turning to face Rosé and kiss her deeply. It was clear to feel that this kiss had so much more love and meaning to it then any other that the girls had previously shared. It was special.
"How's the rest of your work thingy gone?" Lisa asked, settling back down against the older girl.
"Good, I think, nearly finished thankfully," Rosé replied.
"Have you heard from your parents yet?"
"No, I don't really want to, I'm in a good mood, maybe later," The black haired said, frowning slightly at the mention of her parents.
"Have you heard from yours about Christmas?"
"No, but that reminds me that I should message Alice actually, I'll be right back," Rosé said, kissing the younger girls cheek and disappearing into her room to grab her phone.
'Hey Alice! Any news from Eomma yet about me coming round?' Rosé typed into the message box, wandering back into the living room and sitting next to Lisa. Within a minute, her phone dinged.
'Hey! We were actually talking about it earlier. She wants to face time. Is now okay?' The message read.
'Yeah, sure, give me two minutes and I'll call,' The older girl replied, placing her phone down momentarily.
"Alice said that my mother wants to face time, is it okay if I turn the TV off for a bit?" Rosé asked Lisa.
"Yeah, sure," Lisa responded, turning the TV off and sitting back next to Rosé. "Will it be about Christmas arrangements?"
"I should think so," Rosé said, fixing the cushions and clearing away the rubbish. "I mean, would you want to come with me? You don't have to but... I don't know,"
"I would love to go with you," Lisa grinned, pausing Rosé from her speedy clean up and kissing her delicately. "Because I love you," She smiled, sitting down on the sofa at the same time as Rosé as she dialled the number, awaiting for her little sister to pop up onto the screen.
"Hey Rosé!" Alice chirped, the moment that her face was visible on the screen.
"Hey Alice!" Rosé replied, trying to focus her eyes on something in the background. "Hi Eomma," Rosé said, much less enthusiastically.
"You look so much different, Chaeyoung. What's happened to you? Have you been getting enough sleep? Eating enough? Don't tell me, you've gone and-"
"Nice to see you too, Eomma!" Rosé interrupted, smiling weakly and glancing at Lisa who had a neutral expression on her face and was tactically avoiding the camera for now.
"So are you coming for Christmas? Who is this person Alice has told me about?" Rosé's mum interrogated, taking the phone out of Alice's hand which Rosé found quite amusing.
