I wanted to give it this title- but this is Pregnant Minty x William.

Minty's Perspective

I giggled as William set me down in his lap and kissed my neck. "What are you doing silly?" I asked and he rested his head on my neck. "Well, you seem to be a little uncomfortable with the whole 'being pregnant' thing." He said and rubbed my leg. I nodded and relaxed as he purred up the thick, warm blanket on our bed. "There's nothing to worry about love, having a baby is great." He whispered and I shakily sighed. "I'm still scared..." I said and he held my still small baby bump. "I know my sweet little girl. Do you want to sleep to maybe relax?" He asked and I laid back in his grip. "I dunno if I can relax enough to even sleep..." I said and I watched as his purple hair splayed out on the pillow. I looked up in to his white eyes and he stared back. I wonder how he isn't blind.

I blinked and shivered as his hand slipped up my shirt. I remained nervous until he began gently rubbing my tiny baby bump. It just looked like a bit of chub to anyone else, but it didn't quite feel like it. I twitched nervously and tried to get comfortable on him. "Does it feel strange?" He asked, noticing my behavior. "I-I just... I don't know how I feel about being pregnant..." I said and teared up as thoughts raced through my mind. I started shaking and closed my eyes, quickly feeling overwhelmed and upset. I stopped panicking for a moment when I felt a warm feeling surround me like a hug. I opened my stinging eyes to see William had wrapped me up in a warm blanket burrito and was laying me ln my side. He hugged me from behind and I closed my eyes once again. "Thanks William..." I whispered and started to relax as my stress disappeared.

I smiled softly as he kissed my neck. "It's all gonna be okay." He whispered to me and snuggled with me while i was in the warm burrito. I rested my head on the pillows and started to get sleepy. "Do you want me to sing to you?" He asked in a quiet voice and I slowly nodded. I heard him clear his throat and waited, a bit eager to hear him actually sing. He's never sung near me before. "Uh... Well I mean there's this lullaby I used to sing to Elizabeth, I can sing that to you right?" He said in what seemed to be an embarrassed voice. It's funny to think he acts so confident but now he's shy. I nodded again and waited for him to muster up his usual courage.

"Sweetheart, rest your head,
Your story I've already read;
Your sweet angelic head,
That I will not dare harm,
Is needing your sweet dreams,
So you must go to bed..."

He managed to get out the last note before burying his face in my neck. I giggled and smiled. "I'm guessing you made that yourself." I said and he nodded. "Well, I liked it." I said and he slowly ran his fingers through my curls. I haven't sang it in years- I forgot that the lyrics don't exactly fit together." He said still embarrassed. I relaxed and noticed he eased up as well. He hugged me tightly and I started to get tired once again. "It was really *yawn* sweet William..." I told him and he kissed my neck. "Yeah, well, I have tried to fix that disconnect somehow for years- but I just can't-." He said and I shrugged inn my burrito. "I think it's fine just the way it is silly." I said and kissed his forehead. He smiled and snuggled with me before covering my neck in gentle kisses. "Goodnight..." I whispered and he kissed my neck again. "Goodnight angel face." He whispered to me and I smiled as I drfited off to sleep.
