Luna's Perspective

I purred quietly and looked at Minty who was sorting through movies to watch. "You don't want a scary movie, right?" She asked and I nodded. I kneaded the couch and curled up on it, getting sleepy. A few minutes later, a big warm blanket was put on me by Minty. I looked up and mewed quietly. She giggled and petted my head gently. I looked around at the Christmas decorations and mewed happily. "The house looks so pretty..." I purred out and she sat down on the couch. I curled up in her lap and heard the movie start. I turned my head and purred when she put the blanket back on me. "So warm..." I purred out and she gently petted me. I started to fall asleep and jumped when the lights went out. I flattened my ears and pressed against Minty, mewing and whimpering. "It'll be alright, I still have my flashlight from when I was at the pizzeria." She said calmly and I looked up at her. She petted me to comfort me and I clung to her with trembling hands.

She pulled the flashlight out of her pocket and turned it on, looking around. "Do you wanna stay here or come with me?" She asked and I thought about it for a moment. "I-I don't know which one is s-carier..." I whimpered out. "How about you turn in to a kitty and I'll carry you?" She suggested and I nodded quickly. I turned in to a kitten and tried to relax when Minty scooped me up. I burrowed in to her shirt and she giggled. "It's warm huh?" She said and I purred loudly. I got comfy curled up on her breasts and mewed worriedly when she got up. I swallowed nervously and she continued to venture in the now dark house. I started to get sleepy because I was warm and in the dark, and I felt safe right here where probably no one would reach. I would, but that's the only person. I flattened out and slowly closed my eyes, relaxing. I started to fall asleep and purred as Minty petted me gently. I fell asleep with her hand stroking my head.

When I woke up, there was definitely something different. I poked my head out of Minty's shirt and looked around. I shreaked in terror to realize she was unconscious and crawled back in to her shirt while shaking. I curled up in to the smallest ball I could and hoped whatever happened or is happening won't happen to me. I stayed like this for many hours until I realized I was on a bed with her laying on the bed. I poked my head out once again and gently pawed at her cheek, making her wake up. "Hmm..-? What's wrong Luna?" She asked and I sighed in relief. I got out of her shirt and sat next to her, changing back. "I thought something bad had happened." I said and she gently kissed my cheek. "No, I fixed the power. You were just so sleepy and cute, I didn't want to wake you up." She said and I huffed. "I almost had a god damn panic attack-." I said and she giggled. "It's alright sweetheart, come here." She said and I laid on her.

I purred loudly as she petted me, relaxing from my once tense form. I kneaded her shirt and pressed my face against her neck. "That's a good little kitty..." She whispered and I lowered my ears slowly. I closed my once panicking eyes and she pulled up the blankets on to me. "Sorry that we didn't get to celebrate too much today, we can celebrate Christmas tomorrow." She said and I nodded. I kneaded her pants with my back claws and started to fall asleep on her. "I love you Luna..." She whispered and I kissed her gently. "I love you too." I whispered back and fell asleep.
