Having endured destruction and wars brought by the past 11 Herrschers, Humanity refused to give any tolerance to this innocent Herrscher. They feared that her powers may awaken at some point of time, and cause another war. This is why their final decision was to keep her under heavy surveillance at the base. Dr. Mei was given the task to identify the reason behind her mysterious powers within the young girl. Yet, those questions remained unanswered.
The girl begged numerous times. The request was simple and reasonable: To free her so that she could return to her family. But Dr. Mei knew deep down, that a herrscher with such destructive powers cannot be let loose, especially when such powers remain a mystery. The poor girl remained human throughout her long years of imprisonment. As time passed, it was obvious that she felt increasingly lonely and afraid.
Humanity then did its worst.
Dr. Mei gave strict orders not the torture or injure the girl in any way. But Fear got the best of Humanity.
