Chapter 26

It turns out to be Abel. Sarah sees him and cry happily. He sees tears in her eyes and wipes them off. They both hug each other tightly and breaks the hug. She says 'ouch' ! He asks "what happened "? She says 'nothing, the hug was very tight', and jokes. He asks 'really' ? And holds her hands but she tries to drew it. At that time, Abel notices all the bruises on her soft hands caused due to ropes. He lifts his face to ask the same,but before he could continue; his eyes ran through her sweet face just to notice blood oozing out from the corner of her mouth. "How did this happen', he asks while touching the wound and concern dripping from his voice. He continues saying that 'I can understand these imprints on your hands are caused by ropes. But this wound......?? Sarah answer me truly.... Who did this to you' ? He caresses her face. While Charles sees them close; gets jealous and angry. He gets up and punches Abel, shoves Sarah down. She shouts Aaaaabbbbbeeeeeelllll !!! She runs to him but before she can reach him, Charles catches her hair by stopping her mid-way. He orders his goons to beat him. The goons beat Abel badly with hockey sticks, baseball bats. Meanwhile, Charles confronts Sarah on showing concern to Abel. She asks him to leave Abel. He says only on one condition. What is it ? She asks. You should come back to me, right now leaving this dog ; he says pointing towards Abel. She gets shocked; angrily catches his collar and shouts on him... How dare he say that ? She is not an asset. Charles jerks her hand away and signals goons to hit Abel more. The goons hit Abel blue and black. Sarah sobs continuously. Seeing his condition, she gets worried. Sarah asks Charles to stop them. Please. He says not like this and turns away. She asks then.... Charles says not so easily Sarah. You made me wait to get you. So now you will also need to wait for him. Sarah says Charles, please leave him. He says hmmmm, Lemme think . Okay Sarah, I will let him go and accept you whole heartedly only when you come willingly to me and beg me to get my love, only when you say you love me like hell, only when you beg me that you are mine and only me have a right on you. You should say that I owe you. Come on. Do this. Hearing his words, sarah gets to thinking as to what should she do ? He says Hurry up ! You don't have much time. Don't think too much. Actually don't think only. Abel says Nnnno... Sarahhhhh. No! Don't do this. Ppplllease li...listen to me. D..d.. Don't wworry aa.. aabout me. Sarah looks at him teary-eyed.Charles says it's your wish Sarah. Even if you listen to him, and go away from me..... I'll catch you anyhow. But it's your loss. How ? Should I tell you ? Okay...  No more suspense. If you agree now itself, he will be alive and you'll be mine happily. But, if you don't, he will lose his life and then also you be mine. In any way, it's my profit. But you will be the cause of his death, only. Think. He turns away. Sarah looks at Abel helplessly. Okay Sarah, Your time's up. I'm leaving . Now you are the whole and sole reason for his death. Later, don't blame me, saying so he gets started to leave when suddenly Sarah stops him. He stands still but doesn't turn. Abel says no... sarah. Please don't. Do..nt do this.. Sarah says sorry Abel. But I have to do this. For you. You did so much for me. I can't live with the guilt, if anything happens to you. But sarah... interrupts Abel. Sarah says please let me do this. And if possible forgive me. Sarah sits down near his foot, holds it, starts saying "I am sorry Charles. I'm really sorry for the deceiving you. Please accept me, by forgiving me. I love only you" (she weeps bitterly while saying this) "Only you have a right on me. Only you owe me". Charles says "I'm not convinced, Sarah. There is no affection in your words. There is no possession in your words for me, tell me in the same way just as you said some time before for some jerk". Sarah says "I beg you Charles... Please believe me. I am yours ;you can do anything to me. Kill me, use me, beat me, thrash me, throw me, love me, live me.... But , please accept me. I need you.." Charles stops Sarah midway and says "enough! Sarah. I can't see you begging for my love anymore. As you are regretting and requesting this much, I accept you. Welcome to Charles's world. Look sarah! How fake is his love for you (he points his index finger towards Abel who lies unconscious on the ground saying this) Some time before when you were saying loves you doesn't even care when you beg. That's all I wanted you to know. Look at him , how he is lying there. Look Sarah!!! Look." He bends down, picks up Sarah who is sobbing uncontrollably, by her shoulders and starts his banter again- " You are made for me. You tired a lot to deny it, and change the fate. But in vain, remember Sarah! You said I can never have you but today You are having me. Months before you were my need and today I am your need. I can change everything. I own everything, what I want. And today, you are proved wrong. In short, your decision of leaving me was wrong". He guffaws loudly. "Now come let's go to our world"he says while putting his arm around her neck. He drags her in front of him, pushes her long silk tresses in front on her shoulder and kisses her collar bone wildly. He then stops abruptly and says not here in 'our' home. Then whispers in her ear, firstly I wanted to have a one night stand with you, but now my mind are having second thoughts. I want to have night stands with you daily until my wish. You know why I am having these second thoughts ? The answer is you made me go crazy with this outfit of yours and he pulls her close and tries to touch her bare waist by putting his hands under her t - shirt. She gets uncomfortable by his touch; moves a little back and doesn't move when he pulls her close again. He gets angry and shouts what happened ? She says first fulfill your promise. Ask your men to leave Abel. He says ooh! Smart girl and pats her cheeks seducingly. He indicates his men to move back with his fingers, signs them to leave and asks Sarah to come ? But she nods in 'NO'! He brings his eyebrows closer and says "Are you taking advantage of me being lenient to you ? I fulfilled my promise. What's left now ? Huh! Wait.. wait ...wait I can see you are having second thoughts ? Isn't it "? Sarah says"There is nothing like that charles. It's just I wanted to meet Abel one last time after all I love him....". "A..Aa Aaa.. Sarah! You used to love him. You love me, now,"he interrupts her. She orders him that she wants to meet Abel at any cost for the one last time, even if you say no, and won't depart with him to 'his' home. At last, Charles agrees. Sarah cries sitting near an injured Abel who has just gained little consciousness due to her hot and fresh tears. Seeing him conscious, she caresses his face, hugs him taking him on her lap,  kisses him all over his face and finally on his lips, one last time. Charles sees this and thinks "You can do what ever you want to with him as of now cause you're leaving him. At the end, you are mine. But, don't forget I'll take revenge for making me jealous, for going this close to that Abel, for touching him and all.. I will take revenge with you on the bed, tonight. You can never escape from me." He smirks evilly and stares at the duo who are still lost in each other, savouring each other's taste. Meanwhile, as the goons come out of the place to leave, they are caught by the police. One of the goon tries to go and intimate his boss of police being there, he is caught by the constable and taken away.Unable to take it anymore and control his jealousy, Charles goes and drags Sarah with him saying "time's up Sarah". Sarah reminces every single moment spent with Abel, their first meeting, their talks at park and coffee shop, their meeting in her house, the terrace incident, love confession, their consummation and their romance. As they get going, Abel gets up stealthily, takes a stick in his hand and beats on Charles's head. He screams Aaaaaaaaaaahhhh! and holds his head. Abel holds Sarah's hand and takes her behind him. Turns to Charles and beats him recalling the tortures done by him to his Sarah. A big scuffle gets between the duo. Charles takes out the gun from his pocket, points towards Abel, Sarah and shouts Enough is enough! I am done with you both. I should have killed you before itself. He fires up in the sky and says it's loaded and real. I will kill you both and points at them. They both look at each other tensedly. Sarah gets an idea. She says No Charles. I am ready to come with you. Put that gun down. Abel gets shocked hearing her words. She turns towards Abel and says what was the need to beat him. I am going with him. You stay here. I love Charles, not you. After all he is my first love. And some people like me can never forget their first love ever. I know he did wrong with me, but that doesn't mean I stopped loving him. He is not at fault only because the love he has for me made him turn into a criminal. That's all. And yes, that kiss and all was just a part of drama. It was just to make Charles realize his mistake. Don't take it seriously. Charles looks at them confusedly. She goes to him, places her hand on his cheek and says I'm all yours, Charles. That love with him was all a drama and fake. That was just for I wanted to see how possessive can you be for me and to which length will you go for me. The truth is that I only love you. Now that I saw this, we will always be together. She hugs him. And turn towards Abel, winks at him. He understands her plan and gives her a thumbs up. Charles is confused and impressed with sudden change in the behavior of Sarah. When he is lost in his thoughts, Sarah slowly takes the gun from his hand and throws towards Abel. He catches and points at Charles. Lost Charles suddenly goes near Sarah to kiss her, when she slaps him hard and gets him back to reality. He realizes her plan, angrily grabs her hair and shouts "How dare you ? You are now capable of playing games with me ? Huh!" Abel points gun at him, asks him to leave sarah. Charles stays adamant and still. Abel shouts leave her, Charles. But, in vain. He shoots at his arm. Sarah is released. Abel goes and thrashes him angrily. Charles falls down. Abel goes and gets Sarah near Charles. He asks her to beat him, to take her revenge out on him for her every pain, every torture given to her by him. She slaps him hard on his left cheek. She then slaps him continuously on both of his cheeks recalling his every torture. She lashes at Charles for behaving indifferently, while fresh, hot tears approach her eyes.  She turns towards Abel, takes gun from his hand and is about to shoot him when Abel stops her and says Sarah don't take law in your hands. The police is here. Police arrives and handcuffs him.  Charles is about go away, when Sarah stops the police men and slaps Charles once again saying this slap is from all those girls, point outs her index finger towards him and continues, whom you have tortured and taken advantage of them being helpless, what you said to me, you want to have a night stand with me, now go and have a night stand in and with the jail bars. Charles get angry and pulls out a gun from one of the Constable's pocket and shoots at Sarah's stomach with his cuffed hands. Sarah falls down holding her stomach. While Abel shoots Charles 2 - 3 times on his chest and he's dead on the spot. Abel sit down near Sarah and throws the gun, while the police constables go to get the hospital help. Sarah hugs Abel and cries. Abel consoles her and wipes her tears. She looks at him and apologises to him with a farewell kind of speech. "Don't be sorry Sarah, It's not your fault. Let bygones be bygones, let's start afresh, nothing will happen to you", he assures her. She kisses him on his forehead and falls unconscious. He helps the constables in taking her to the hospital. They reach hospital in police van and she is admitted in the I.C.U and is getting treated, while he too gets treated for his small wounds.
