"Escape!?" She looked doubtful, looking around as Riko hushed her to whisper, "Riko, I once thought you were smart but this...this is crazy! Were you held here so long that it messed up your brain!?" He tried to calm her down again, keeping a firm hold on her shoulders as he sighed heavily at his own words. "Look, I know it's crazy but...just listen. It can be done and I can do it, no...we can do it. Addie...we can escape from here," he took in deep breathes as he spoke each word to her, softly and in a quick pace. At first she was baffled, awkwardly laughing as she thought it was some dark joke he told her, but her expression quickly turned to shock as she could see the ambition in his eyes. "You're serious...," she pushed the loose strands of hair out of her face as she kept thinking of the hope in his words, "You're really serious...we can actually escape, we...don't have to end everything here? How can we possibly...no, since it's you, then it is possible...god, Riko, you're really amazing!" Her expression became bright, a smile stretched across her face as she looked toward him, putting a small smile on his face too. "Tomorrow night, it'll all go down tomorrow night. Get ready, Addie, we're getting out of here."

Several yelling and banging echoed from the area they left, the guards rallying up the prisoners to be put back in their cells. Riko peeked over and saw a couple of guards dragging a limp body down a different hall, a trail of blood stretched across the hard floor. With a slight nod to Addie, he headed off after the other prisoners, personally being escorted back into his lonely prison cell and unto his bed.

The hallways echoed again with the moans and groans and whines begging for freedom; the soft lullaby it produced calmed his mind as he lay on his back, staring quietly at the ceiling above. The guards made their rounds in the dark, the flash of light shimmering dimly through the bars of his cell and lighting up the black markings on the ceiling. "Soon...," he whispered softly to himself and closed his eyes slowly, pacing his breath as his mind wandered off to replay the unpredictable events of today. "Addie...you really surprise me a lot you know."

A gentle breeze, drawing the strands of his hair before his eyes. He gently moved them, for they obstructed his view of the artwork he created, a blaze of light and black clouds emerging from the city horizon, several areas too. "With each one I do...the next will have to be just as grand," he sighed heavily, "...such a hassle, to always be on top." He closed his eyes and dozed off, awoken by a hard thump on his head and then unto his lap. As he opened his eyes to examine the object, he found it to be a rather large and healthy looking apple. "Tell me about it," a voice echoed the air, equaling his dissatisfaction, "at the top, you tend to drop your apples a lot and there's always a force trying to pull you down." He looked up, locks of brown hair dangling above him, swaying side to side by the wind to reveal a thin smile and eyes filled with curiosity. "Who are you miss?" "Who are you sir?" The two stared off at one another, awaiting the other to answer their question, a small grin on Riko's face. "A criminal, a murderer, or some would say a terrorist," he stated each title with delight, interested by her reaction and response to his answer. "...A criminal, a thief, a selfish and greedy human being," her expression did not change as she exchanged her honorary titles, "but I have no such titles as grand as yours." With two smiles mirroring one another, Riko yet again was the first to speak his thoughts. "What is your name miss?" "Addie, and you?" "It's Riko...nice to make your acquaintance Addie," he gave her a soft, gentle smile handing her the apple in which she happily took back. With a quick motion, she cut it into halves and tossed one to him, taking a bite of hers as she shifted her gaze onto the burning horizon. He sat back down and closed his eyes, for he already took in the view and so, he listened to the music of sirens and bustle in the distance.
