Wattson had woken up late that day but she was still very tired. She sat up and looked at a small clock on her side table. It was almost twelve in the afternoon, she yawned before stretching. She got up and walked downstairs, she entered the basement where Caustic would do his studies.
"Im awake Dr. Caustic!"
She looked around but he was nowhere to be found. She walked into the kitchen to grab a drink from the fridge, and when she reached out for the door of the fridge there was a small note taped to it.
It read,
"Ms. Paquette, I have come to realize that we are running low on food to help nourish ourselves. I believe that it is unnecessary for us to feel starved and for that to hamper our scientific minds. I will be back in a time span of two hours. You are not to leave the house for you are what people refer to as being grounded.
I appreciate you Ms. Paquette,
Alexander Nox"
She sighed softly at his note before taking it off the fridge, crumpling it up, and tossing it out in the kitchen garbage. She was growing tired of him thinking she was still a child, she had grown up and she was now a woman. She stomped back up to her room and got dressed into a pale blue spaghetti strap dress with black flats. She brushed her hair and her teeth before setting a timer on her watch and then running out the door. Where would she go first? Would she meet anyone new? All those thoughts flooding her mind soon vanished as she remembered the guy she met the other day. She didn't think much of him at first but that quickly changed when she remembered his face. He was, cute and handsome. She quickly snapped out of it.
"Wait! I-I need to go! I have a time limit here!"
She said to herself, she decided that she would go and see him!
