"Taehyung I... I can't take this money" I said, I had no idea what was the reason he gave me this big amount of money.
"Why not?" He asked, I mean, who wouldn't say yes to two thousand dollars in cash?
"Because I don't deserve it. I get two thousand dollars for what? For only taking care of a child for two hours?" I answered, he just made me feel inferior.
"Also why would you even give me so much money?" I kept asking, still wondering.
"Because I want to help you. You said you barely make money out of the workshop, so I thought that if you work here I'll have a reason to give you the money and help you with it" He replied, but he made me feel like he was pitying me and that's why he is giving me the money.
"Well I don't need your help Taehyung. I really don't have any problem babysitting Jack, but-" I answered, but suddenly the door opened and Chloe got in.
"Oh... am I interrupting something?" She asked as Taehyung immediately hid the wad behind his back, at that moment I knew he was doing this behind Chloe's back.
"No, I was just about to leave. I had fun with Jack" I said nicely and was on my way out.
"Wait" Chloe said as she pulled out twenty bucks from her pocket.

"Here's the payment. Looks like Jack had a good time with you too" She said and handed me the money, I smiled back and kept walking away.
I still can't understand why he wanted to give me this amount of money, but I have a feeling he is up to something.

~time skip~

When I got home it was already about 18:00 PM.
Jin doesn't know anything.

"Where were you?" Jin asked as he sat at the table in the kitchen, scrolling through his phone.
"I was in the workshop." I said and closed the door behind me, sitting next to him.
Jin suddenly looked at me sharply.
"Is everything okay?" I asked him when I saw his disturbed face.
"When I finished working I wanted to surprise you in the workshop. But you weren't there... why are you lying" He said and looked down, I felt bad about lying to him in the face.
"I umm..." I stuttered, not knowing what to say.
"I should tell him the truth." I thought to myself and gulped, I didn't want to lie to Jin anymore.
"I was in Taehyung's house." I said and looked at him, I could see the disappointment in his eyes.
"He offered me a job..." I said but he couldn't even look at me anymore, he looked away and sighed.
"Wow, I really don't know what to tell you anymore." He answered as he stood up aggressively.

"Don't you want to listen to the rest of the story?" I asked him, he didn't even want to listen to what I had to say.
"No thanks, I've heard enough." He said and was about to walk into the shower.
"Since he came back to your life... you're not acting like the y/n I know.
Eat your food before it gets cold..." He said and closed the door behind him, I didn't know what to say.

Jin's POV

I was furious, mad, confused, sad and disappointed.
Not only that she lied straight into my face, she lied about working for Taehyung.
When she said she was with him, i just didn't want to listen anymore. I felt like she chose him over me.
Why is everything so complicated.
Why doesn't she see he is making everything much more harder for her.
Why can't she understand that I'm always here for her. When I got into the shower, I let out a few tears. There was a storm of emotions inside of me. I don't always show my softer side to y/n, but when I'm hurt, I can be sensitive as fuck.
After taking the time in the shower and thinking about everything, I finally got out and went straight to bed.
It was still early to sleep, but I wanted to rest.

Y/n's POV

Jin felt a little 'betrayed' at that moment.
I didn't have a good reason to why I lied to him. Sometimes I can be an awful friend.

Suddenly someone knocked on the door, I got up to open it.
When I opened the door, no one was there, but as I looked down, I saw a bouquet of flowers placed in the ground in front of me.
"That's weird..." I thought to myself as I grabbed the bouquet.
There was a note in there, it said "have a pleasant night son, -Junghoon".
I frowned, it didn't sound like Junghoon, and sending flowers to Jin was something so sudden and new.
"Since when does Junghoon send flowers to Jin?" I thought to myself as I closed the door, taking the bouquet inside and putting it on the windowsill.
My mind kept being distracted by thoughts, I really hoped Jin will forgive me soon.

The next day came, Jin still hasn't talked to me since last night.
We both went to work quietly.

I stepped a foot into my studio, the place was dead, but the drawings somehow made it feel like it was alive.

I seriously don't know if it's time to close the workshop, it honestly feels like I'm waiting for the success that isn't going to come.
I've tried to promote my workshop in every way I could, but nobody seemed to care.
I began painting again, this time feeling hopeless.
All of my energy was gone, I felt drained.
Even the drawing itself didn't come out that well because I was feeling worse.
The sky slowly started to darken, and so did my thoughts.
I took out a pack of cigarettes I bought a while ago, but never opened. It was still wrapped with the thin plastic, and I ripped it while walking outside to sit on the bench.

The weather was cold, I was shivering.
I lit up the cigarette and started smoking, coughing a little.

"I didn't know you smoke" I heard the deep voice coming from my left. Didn't have to turn my head to know who it was.
"I don't." I responded, not even looking at him.
"Taehyung... what are you doing here" I kept saying, still not bothering to look at him.
"I wanted to talk to you. You didn't answer any of my calls, so I thought I might find you here." He responded calmly as he sat next to me on the bench.
"Can I have a cigarette?" He asked and I frowned, slowly pulling out another cigarette from the pack.

"You smoke?" I asked, handing it to him.
"No" He replied and smirked, I helped him lit up the cigarette.
"What did you want to talk about?" I spoke as I looked at the ground.
"I wanted to talk to you about yesterday" He answered. *coughes*
"Taehyung... I don't think i want to keep on doing this." I explained, I felt like I had to choose between him and Jin.
"Y/n we need you... I need you" He said and I felt like my heart stopped beating, I turned my head to look at him.
"I-I meant Jack needs you... he can't stop talking about how much fun he had with you. He's looking forward to see you more... you said yourself that you had a good time with him" He kept talking, why is he making this so hard for me.
"Listen... I really don't know what you want from me. First you want me to babysit your child and then you try to give me two thousand dollars out of no where? I mean is this some kind of a joke or something" I said, the least he could do is give me some answers.
"I just want to help you y/n.
Actually... I just came up with a better idea" He said, I felt curious.
"What idea exactly?" I asked, wondering what he had to offer now.

"If you give me time... I can maybe find someone who will be interested in your drawings. I can't promise anything, but... if I find you a costumer, can you take the babysitting job?" He said, the deal he offered made sense. It took me a few moments to think about it.
"Fair enough." I said, doubting he'll find a customer who will be willing to buy my art.

Jin's POV

I was almost done working, it was already getting darker outside.
I wasn't giving my best at work today because I couldn't stop thinking of y/n.
"Maybe I overreacted yesterday..." I thought to myself, I hate fighting with y/n.
I felt much more calmer than yesterday, and I figured that the right way to make things work is if I go and talk to her.
As soon as I finished working, I packed some food from the restaurant and took the bus that was leading to y/n's workshop.
I felt nervous, I knew i should've heard her side of the story last night instead of being mad.
The bus stopped at the bus stop, and I got off it slowly.
I was walking the directions of her workshop, when I saw two people sitting on the bench near. As I looked closer, I realized it was y/n, sitting with... Taehyung.
