~one hour after Henry's arrest~

Author's POV

Taehyung stayed in the hospital with Jack and Dan after the police arrested Henry, Chloe went after the police and her father to understand what was happening.
Taehyung could tell that Dan was so shocked after Henry got arrested even though he tried to hide his overwhelmed expressions.
Both Dan and Taehyung haven't said a word about the incident with Henry, they were trying to calm Jack after he confessed.

"Are you sure he is not going to kill me?" Jack asked with his soft, babyish voice, not letting go of Taehyung who was sitting with him on his bed.
Henry's threats were scarred inside his head.
"No one is going to kill you!"
"We will always keep you safe, do you hear me?" Taehyung and Dan made Jack feel protected, and a lot less fearful.
Taehyung tried so hard to concentrate on how to strengthen Jack mentally, but he felt as if his brain is about to explode when you didn't answer any of his messages or calls, you were supposed to get to the hospital a long time ago.
He was worried about you insanely.
Jack rested his head on Taehyung's chest, Taehyung was scared Jack will feel his strong heartbeats and start asking questions, after all, he wanted to show Jack that he is strong and fearless.
"Dan, would you mind staying here with Jack for a while? I need to go somewhere, I'll try to be back as fast as I can" Taehyung suddenly told Dan, he couldn't wait anymore.
"Yea of course, no problem" Dan answered and immediately replaced Taehyung's place on Jack's hospital bed.
"Tata where are you going?" Jack asked curiously before Taehyung left.
"I'm going to bring y/n, okay? I'll bring you ice cream on the way" Taehyung said and gave a little smile to Jack.

Taehyung rushed outside and got into his car rapidly, driving to your workshop as he was still trying to call you.
He parked his car somewhere near and speeded to the workshop, his heart was beating so quickly.
As he was about to open the door, someone opened it from the other side as well.

"Oh god..." Taehyung said, the ache in his stomach was gone the moment he saw you opening the door.

"Why didn't you answer any of my calls? Are you okay? I was worried sick!" Taehyung hugged you tightly after he saw you were okay, you hugged him back and cried into his shoulder.
"What happened?" Taehyung asked, he got inside the workshop.
"Let's sit..." You said as you were trying to breathe decently, wiping your tears slowly.
"There was a creepy woman who got in here, I thought she was a customer, but... I believe she works with Henry, or whoever her boss is..." You started speaking, Taehyung held your hand and tried to calm you down.
"Did she do anything to you?" He kept asking, he was completely concerned.
"No, no I'm okay. I mean... she was armed, she had a gun and threatened to kill me, but I heard her talking on the phone with someone. Turns out her boss got arrested or something, and it probably meant that whoever her boss is can't give her the money she was supposed to get for... killing me..." Your voice was shivering, you took a deep breath.
"Where is she? Is she coming back?" Taehyung didn't stop asking questions, he cares for you so much.
"I don't know... after the call she mumbled something like "I'm not going to get the job done for someone who can't pay me" and waited a few moments before she told me to be quiet. She said it's my lucky day and then left the workshop without saying a word... it was scary as fuck" You answered, Taehyung was so relieved nothing was done to you.
"According to what she told you... I guess her boss is Henry after all. Jack confessed and said it was Henry. That's why he got arrested today, which was probably one of the reasons he couldn't pay her..." He said and hugged you again.
"I'm so relieved he got arrested..." you whispered, your voice was fragile.
"Me too... but it's not over yet. Jack is in the hospital with Dan... I need you to stay with them, I want to talk to Henry" Taehyung said as he was caressing your cheek.
"Henry? Tae I don't think this is a good idea..." You said back.
"Henry is going to jail y/n. Right now he is in the police station. I told them about the stalking, the photos, drugs and they even found the delivery man for more evidence of what Henry has done. they'll get to it eventually. Chloe is probably there too trying to understand what happened exactly, so right now the last person who can hurt me is him. And besides that, I need answers y/n... I can't just sit here without knowing why Henry ruined my life. I have to know" Taehyung said, trying to explain to you his point of view.
"I get it but... I just don't want you to get into trouble more than you already are..." you said as the two of you leaned your foreheads together, hoping this is the end.
"I won't. I just need to talk to him, that's all..." Taehyung replied, he couldn't let this all go without listening to Henry's side of the story.
