"He's a what?!"

Character Design and Plot Holes Discussed

Hey, kiddos! Sooooo I forgot to give a character design for the characters in the first chapter. So here's how the characters look like:

P.s I have already written chapter 2 and chapter 3 is in progress. I will post chapter 2 as soon as chapter 3 is finished. I will be updating only once the next chapter is written.

Akari Hinata (soon to be Oikawa): 

Akari is 3 years old and looks like a much younger Natsu. The only difference is the hair. Unlike Shoyo and Natsu, whose hair is a surprising shade of orange, and can be classified as "Red", her hair is taken after her biological "Father". 

Her "Father" had black hair, which she inherited. To explain how Akari has black hair, while he nor his sister have black hair, Shoyo tells the teams that his father had black hair and while he and his sister, Natsu, took after their mother, Akari took after their dad.

Her eyes are the same colour as Shoyo's.

Shoyo Hinata (soon to be Oikawa):

Unlike the anime and manga, in my fic, he'll be a little taller, exceeding 180 cms after the training camp. That will be the only difference in appearance. 

Another difference will be the way he acts. While he acts aloof with Tanaka, Noya and Kageyama, he is also the one keeping them out of too much trouble. The team often calls him "Mini Suga" because he acts as the future team mom (which he will be after Koushi graduates).

He is also much better at receives and serves than in the anime or manga because he practised with Kags before high school started. Though he still messes them up quite a lot. The "Freak Quick Attack" as called by many was already practised and they will not be fighting the camp.

Has a crush on Toru. No one knows about his crush because he is surprisingly good at keeping secrets and at acting.

Tobio Kageyama (will soon be Iwaizumi):

Tobio's appearance is the same as in the anime. His personality is a little different than in the anime. He is much nicer than in the anime and manga and has no real trouble complimenting his teammates because of Shoyo.

He still has his fair share of fights with Shoyo and Kei but he apologizes if needed. He still puts up an act in front of the other team members because of his trust issues.

Has a crush on Hajime. Not even Shoyo, who's known him for over 6 months, doesn't know.

Natsu Hinata:

Natsu is 10 years old in my AU since her exact age isn't shown in the anime. She is probably more mature than others her age, due to having a niece and having to take care of her when other family members couldn't.

Shoyo had Akari when Natsu was only 7 and on that day she had sworn to protect Akari from the dangers of the world. She is very protective of Akari snd her brother. Though she may not look like it she actually can kick someone's ass if her brother or niece is threatened.

Kozume Kenma ( will become Kozume Kuroo)

Kozume is Shoyo's maternal cousin. Shoyo and Natsu visited them all the time while they lived in Tokyo. He always knew Shoyo was trans even before he knew. (older brother instincts, am I right?)  

Once Shoyo had started his transition in his second year of middle school, Kozume was the only one who hadn't seen him. When they bumped in the street in Miyagi, Shoyo had been quick to recognize him, while Kozume was still in doubt of who this kid was.

Upon recognizing his cousin, he squeezed the life out of him and asked where his daughter was. Not much has changed from the anime and manga, except his relationship with Kuroo, who he started dating in his third year of middle school. They have been dating for 3 years, around the time Shoyo fully transitioned after his daughter's birth.

Tadashi Yamaguchi (will become soon to be Tsukishima)

Not much of a change from the anime or manga. Dating Kei. 

Koushi Sugawara ( soon to be Daichi)

No change. Dating Sawamura.

Keiji Akaashi ( you know what I'm about to say, you guys)

Has been dating Koutarou for six months. Has General Anxiety Disorder.

Yuu Nishinoya 

Slightly taller than in anime and manga. Has been dating Azumane for a year now. Ryu's "Bro". Simps for Kiyoko and has Azumane's permission to do so. 

Ryunosuke Tanaka

Dating Chikara, simps for Kiyoko but totally in love with Chikara only. Yuu's "Bro".

Haru Rintaroū

Akari's biological father. Mass abuser and rapist. Has  black hair and blue eyes and freckles on his face.

(I am so sorry if you look like Haru! I don't mean to offend anyone, you are beatiful/handsome/perfect and you deserve all the love in the world, kiddos!)

Everyone else is the same as the anime/ manga. I would also like to remind you all that I own none of the characters other than the original ones and I have only ever seen the anime and havent read the manga. All of the characters that are slightly mean to each other in the manga/ anime are better than that in my AU. Also Shoyo is friends with almost all the members of different teams. Kuroo knows about Akari and has met her when Kenma and Kuroo stayed at Shoyo's place during Golden Week.
