Next Day
Early Morning, training with Wyvron is the best thing to do, and beat Hoji and Horosood, of course. The tournament is beginning in three days. Just a few more days of patience until I crush my opponents, and not to mention, Spryzen with my new move.
"Let it rip!" I said as I launched Wyvron onto the stadium. "Hyper Shield Crash!" Truly, my new move was marvellous, no doubt about it. I just can't wait to see Spryzen being burst by my bey.
But still, I felt something wasn't right. I felt slightly sick with apprehension. Not that I feared my opponent, Jin Aizawa, the loser who calls himself the owner of 341, no wait 312, or I guess it is 323 spirits, or what ever, I'll definitely win against him as I have stipulated before. But there was something else that was bugging me.
I had to go for jogging alone today as Hoji was feeling sick. Seriously? Such a rough and tough lad fell sick? What ever, he doesn't have to worry about the finals, but I do have to.
As I was on my way to the park, I came across the same alley as yesterday. I did not pay attention to it and just passed by. But little did I know that creepy thoughts had already occupied their place in my mind. I continued on my way, while zoning out, until I was knocked off by someone and fell on my back.
"Arghh" I groaned and then looked up to see who it was. Not much of a surprise, but still shockingly surprising to find him here and at this time.
Guess who it was. "I'm sorry" he said as he held out his hand while striking up his bangs. "I don't need it" I snapped.
"So, were you spying on me? And may I ask the reason. And for how long, or I may say, how many days have you been spying on me?" I asked as my eyes met his azure ones.
Yes, he was among the ones who drop in whenever they please, a ninja I may suppose. And I don't think that I need to mention his name, anyways.
"Okay, okay, it's not what you think" replied Ukyo. "I was just passing through here among the shadows when I saw you drooling, but I ne'er expected that you'd get so frightened. And I was never spying on you or following you, what ever you may think. And....."
"And why are you here and not up there at the Shakadera dojo?" I cut him off. His 'and...' doesn't seem to come to an end. Too much usage of conjunctions. If I kept taking with him here, I would waste my entire day.
"Oh, I just wanted to come down here to see you guys. And besides....." while he kept on speaking with his eyes shut close, I just walked away from there. He'll waste my entire day talking.
"Hey, wait! I'm not done talking!" he called out from behind. "Yeah, but I'm done" I smirked as I saw him through the extreme corner of my eyes.
Way back then in the regionals, I had burst up his Unicrest. Well, he was no match for me, so he deserved that loss. So he has a considerable reason to spy 0n me and try to get me worked up. 'But that definitely won't work, ninja!' I'm no gonna fall into your trap.
