It had been an hour since Shirabu threw up blue petals. He had told his teammates he was fine. Of course none of them believed him and begged him to go home and rest. Shirabu, although though hard-headed, did end up leaving after staying for 30 minutes. As he walked slowly down the sidewalk, he lost sense of his direction and unconsciously ended up walking to the park. He found his way to the tree he usually goes to after school, he stopped. His head was killing him, and not just because he had a headache, but because of all the things he was thinking off.'Im gonna die, aren't I?' He thought as he lowered his head still standing a few feet from the tree. He felt rain drops hitting his head but didn't care. He continued to question himself and what had happened.
'Maybe I'm just seeing things. I probably got nervous and imagined it.'
His head ran through every possibility not wanting to admit the inevitable truth.
Shirabu didn't realize tears began to run down his delicate pale skin. He didn't notice the way the park was empty besides the ash blonde approaching him from behind. He didn't move even when he felt a hand on his shoulder.
"Dumbass did you not hear me? What are u doing here?" Semi said turning Shirabu around. He could see this was more serious than what he thought was a panic attack. Semi didn't want to ask though. He was more considered with getting the pale boy home.
"Uh, Shira?" He said softly as he tilted his head to the side to see the boys face better. Shirabu kept his head down so his bangs would cover his eyes.
"Sorry." He whispered surprising the older boy. Shirabu never apologies, no matter who it is or what was said unless it was an adult he was talking to. Semi noticed how unsteady Shirabu was. With that Shirabu fell to his knees, his legs not strong enough to hold his weight.
"Shira, are you okay?" Semi asked getting worried for his teammate. He placed his hand on the boy's forehead and frowned.
"You have a fever. Idiot, if you weren't feeling good you should have stayed home." Semi said. He took Shirabu's bag from him and placed it next to his then turned his back to the boy.
"I'll carry you home okay?"
Shirabu nodded placing his arms around Semi's neck. Semi grabbed Shirabu's thighs and stood up. Semi then picked up both bags and began walking out of the park with the younger boy on his back. Shirabu was too in his head to comprehend what was happening. All he knew was whatever was happining felt nice and warm. He buried his head in the crook of Semi's neck. The action make Semi stiffen, but he didn't hate it.
The few rain drops that Shirabu had ignored before grew stronger. Semi growned and started to pick up his slow pace.
"I don't want your fever getting worse." Semi said with a pause. Shirabu nodded, not entirely paying attention.
"I'm taking you to my place. You'll stay till the rain stops." Semi said still walking quickly. Shirabu nodded again, his eyes closed and head hurting more. The rain was now full blown, soaking the two as the made there way to Semi's house.
Once they had gotten there Semi put Shirabu back on his feet and unlocked the door. The two walked in quickly leaving there soaked shoes at the door, along with there bags.
Semi sighed as he ruffled his wet hair. He walked up the stars, Shirabu following behind. He then walked into his room pulling out some clothing and a towel.
"The bathroom's over there." Semi said pointing the door in the hall. He handed the pale boy the clothing and towel.
"I'll go make you some food." Semi said.
