I screamed as the sand and the wind took me away from the cave entrance. I hit the ground pretty hard once I landed. I opened my eyes and all I could see was the brown sand blowing around me. I should stay put and not move but I need air to breathe, and the sand will make it hard to do. I ripped my shirt and wrapped it around my mouth and nose to help me keep the sand away from my face. I was sitting down holding my ground till a big gust of wind pushed me over and I ended up rolling down a slop that I didn't see was next to me. I tumbled and just stayed on my back once I came to a stop. 'Maybe if I lay here I won't be pushed around so much' I thought. I laid there for maybe a minute and I was covered in sand. I sat up knowing if the sand covered my mask I wouldn't be able to breathe. I looked around me... nothing. I couldn't see anything. Sand storms can last days, sometimes weeks I'm just going to need to wait it out. As I sat there, I kept getting pushed around by wind once it became too strong for me to handle. I didn't know how long it had been since the storm started but all I know is I am tired.
Shino Point
The sand storm stopped after three days. The only bad thing was (Y/N) was nowhere to be seen. We ran around for a while looking for her but the only thing we could do now was ask for help. We are heading to the sand village in hopes they can find (Y/N).
Kankuro point
I walked down the halls of the Kazekage building knowing that Gaara needed help in the office for something. "Gaara, how may I help?" I ask as I walk through the door. "I need the missions to be handed out, can you do that for me?" Gaara asked as he handled me folders to give to teams that needed missions. "Yes sir!" I said knowing it irritated Gaara. Before Gaara could say something three Leaf shinobi ran into the office. "Woah slow down. We aren't going anywhere." I said as I giggled to myself. I remember one of them "Kiba, right?" I asked. "Yeah?" Kiba said as he looked like he was worried about something. "What you doing here?" I asked but Gaara answered for him. "I asked for help with the village and missions since we have many. I have one for them now." Gaara grabbed a file off his desk. "We can't take a mission right now. We need help." The one in the gray coat said. "What do you need help with?" Gaara asked as he set the file back down. "(Y/N) got caught in the sand storm and we can't find her." He said. Everything fell silent. I knew they were talking but I couldn't hear them. "Where was the last place you saw her?" I asked. "By the cave we spent the last three days in." The girl said as she played with her fingers. "She has been in the sand storm for three days?" I asked, anger lacing my voice. "Calm down, Kankuro. We will get a search team on it, if you want you can take the lead." Gaara said, trying to reassure me that it will be okay. "I know the team I'm taking, I'll gather them. I'll meet you guys at the gate." I said as I ran out of the office and down the hall.
"Hey, Emiko!" I yelled as the team of three turned towards me. "I have a mission for you guys." I yell. "Great, what is it?" Emiko asked with so much enthusiasm. The two boys rolled their eyes as they nodded in agreement. "What is it?" Daiksuke mumbled out. "A rescue mission. It is urgent so we need to leave now." I said as I ran past them toward the gates. I really hope she is okay. I almost lost her once I don't want to lose her for good. I turned my head to make sure they were following. I saw Jirou to the left of me, Emiko was to the right of me and Daiksuke was next to her. We have seven people to help to find her. I'll find you (Y/N), I promise.
Y/N Point
I awoke and sat straight up coughing the sand away from my mouth. When did I fall asleep? I took off the mask so I could breathe fresh air. I felt my stomach growl and I laid my hand on it. How long has it been since I ate? Or drank water? I went to stand but fell to my knees. I didn't have much strength and felt really weak. I look to the right of me and I see mounds of sand and a slight breeze picking up some sand as it twirled in the air. I looked to the right and moved quickly to the left. If I fell the wrong way I would have fallen to my death. What is my next move? I don't know where I am and there is nothing in sight. If I walk to the left, then I might get somewhere, or I could just get lost. My stomach growled again as the pain of not having food for so long shot through me as well. I went to grab my backpack to get something from it but then realized that I put my pack down at the campground outside the sand. Crap. I will need to start walking but which way? I looked up toward the sun to see its path. It was high in the sky, damn. I'll start going to my left to see if it will get me anywhere. As I started to walk I grabbed the cloth I covered my mouth with and tied it on top of my head to help stay out of the sun.
