The Threat of the Zodiac

Introduction

  In this chapter i will introduce some details about the world where the story is happening because it can be a little complicated to understand.
    
History for short:
  There are twelve gods who represent the twelve zodiac signs:
    Aries-The God of War
    Taurus-The Goddess of Protecting
    Gemini-The God of Diplomacy
    Cancer-The Goddess of the Soul
    Leo-The God of Self
    Virgo-The Goddess of Ethic
    Libra-The God of Justice
    Scorpio-The Goddess of Passion
    Sagittarius - The God of Truth
    Capricorn-The Goddess of Riches
     Aquarius-The God of Creativity
     Pisces-The Goddess of Loyalty
  
All 12 zodiac signs are brothers and sisters. The biggest brother is Aries and the biggest sister is Taurus.
      
Power explanation for short:

Everyone has a zodiac sign, but not all of them are gifted. Those gifted have the power of their respective element. The elements are Fire(Aries, Leo and Sagittarius), Water(Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio), Air(Gemini,Libra and Aquarius) and Earth(Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn). Those with this gift comes with a psychological power:an Aries can be more of a leader than others and so on. But this psychological power when used comes with a great cost. That's why is better to just learn the skills. There are some other elements and powers that can be controlled but that's for other time
       
         Family and Political Power:

There are four districts based on the elements. The most respected families are those with parteners the same element like a Capricorn and a Virgo or an Aquarius with a Libra.The children don't need to be in the same category but in this worlds exists a handful of fanatics who would do whatever it takes to have a family with just the respective element because there is a bigger probability to have a child with powers.
   Then there are the ones with the same zodiac sign. Those pairs are considered absolutely perfect and have the most doors open.One in a 100 thousands families have a child with the same zodiac sign as both their parents.The royal family on the other hand cannot have a relationship with someone with the same zodiac sign.This arrangement was banned after a royal couple from a long time ago was very close to destroy the empire.
       Then there are the combinations between elements.These are very common, but mostly as affairs because is still looked down upon. Rarely are the relationships with different elements that are official.
    

      The Royal Family for short :

    "To have the crown you need to fight for it or die trying. Because if you don't then you don't have the nerve to rule these beasts" - Grandpa Scribe
      When the child of the royal family is 16 old there is a tournament where the child needs to fight other four members from every district in five rounds to keep their legacy. If the royal child wins they will be on the throne at the age of 18 years old and will rule until their child will turn 16 years old and the cycle goes on.
