lucy pevensie:
you two met at the zoo, it was a sunny day and your parents took you there for your 11th birthday. you were an extreme animal lover, and you hoped to become a veterinarian when you grew up. but while you were wandering around the place alone, you had lost sight of your parents. you started to panic, tears streamed down your cheeks as your face grew puffy. you ran around the zoo in fear, at the verge of having a panic attack. curling up in the corner of the gorilla exhibit, you felt a presence before you and heard a small voice.
"hello, are you okay?" lucy asked, staring down at you with concern. you looked up at the little girl and shook your head, wiping the tears away with your sleeves.
"i'm lost. i separated from my parents and i can't find them now." you explained with shaky breaths. lucy gave you her hand and you smiled, taking it and getting on your feet. "i'll help you! my name is lucy, by the way. what's your name?" she asked, giving you a warm smile. you returned the smile and dusted your dress off. "i'm y/n. thank you for being so kind, lucy." you answered gratefully. "of course!" said the blonde, and you both ran off into the crowds to find your parents.
prince caspian:
you two met at a lake. it was pretty late at night yet you still came down to the lake that was near your house. this lake was different from the other lakes, thats why it drew you in. it wasn't large nor small, it was just the right size. a ring of trees surrounded it and waterlilies along with more flowers floated on the waters, giving the area a serene vibe. no one really came to the lake often so it was a special place for herself. you usually came down to this lake whenever you were stressed out or simply wanted to cool off from the blazing summer sun, in this case it was because of stress. big exams were coming up very soon, and your parents made you live up to so many expectations that crushed your shoulders so you hoped that the lake wouldn't fail to calm yourself down.
dipping your bare feet into the cool water, shivers ran up your spine when the coldness hit your warm body as you slowly walked further into the lake until the waterline reached your calves. you bent down to skim your fingers into the water as you adjusted to its temperature, sighing softly as you closed your eyes and tried to erase your stress. all you wanted was to be alone, but unfortunately, your want didn't come true.
another person, a tan boy with long brown hair decided to pay the lake a visit as well. you didn't see him before, so he must've been new. you walked back to the shore and sat down on the smooth rocks, keeping your eyes on the rippling lake.
"you come here often?"
you immediately looked up at the source of the voice and stared with surprise. you didn't expect anyone to come down here as well. the boy was standing a few feet away from you, smiling at you. "er, yeah. i come here all the time, actually." you said awkwardly. you tried to tear your gaze away from the boy, but the long, luscious brunette hair didn't let you. the boy, caspian, noticed your facial expressions and chuckled, putting his hands into his pockets and started to walk towards you. "may i?" he asked, pointing to an empty spot beside you. blankly nodding, you kept staring at him until you noticed your weird behavior and stopped staring at him. "i'm new here. my mother and i recently moved and i wanted to explore the places of this town." he explained. you smiled and looked over to the lake. "then you're in luck. i've been in this place for as long as i can remember. i came to the lake when i was 12, came here ever since." caspian smirked and ran his hands through his hair, and you couldn't help but watch him do so. "then you could give me a tour? you'd be the first person i actually had a conversation with." he requested, giving you a charming grin. your cheeks were flushed into a pink and you nodded. "of course."
eustace scrubb:
you and lucy were very close, so you two often had sleepovers together. but this time, you would be spending your sleepover over at her cousin's house- eustace scrubb's house. you've heard of him a few times, but it wasn't one of those pleasant one. edmund would always be complaining about the 'twat' of a cousin he was, so you doubted that you'd get along with him either.
entering the house, it smelled of old books and pastries which was a pleasant scent to smell, considering the poorly stench roads and smoke of england. you gazed around at the living room and smiled softly as you followed lucy further into the house. "uncle, y/n's here for the sleepover." lucy informed, setting down the groceries on the kitchen table. a faint grunt came from the man reading the newspapers, he didn't seem to care at all. "y/n, you can wait upstairs in my room. i'll be there when i'm finished unloading these groceries." she hollered from the kitchen. you nodded and walked upstairs, but there was one problem: where was lucy's room? there were three bedrooms and they all looked the same, so you decided to take a wild guess and pick the room that caught your eye.
you sat down on the comfortable bed and glanced around the room you picked in awe. it was cozy and welcoming, lucy must've really took time to c-
"what are you doing in here?" you heard someone snap. you whipped around and stared at the boy standing in the doorway with a scowl on his face. you gaped and winced once you realized where you actually were.
"oh god, this isn't lucy's room, is it?" you groaned, slapping your hand on your cheek with embarrassment. "no, it isn't. i don't have the slightest idea of how you would think this would be a girls room at all." the boy muttered bitterly, storming over to his desk and glaring at you. "right.." you murmured, getting up from the bed and giving an awkward look. "well, you must be eustace. lucy and edmund have been talking about you." you pointed out. "oh really? what did they say?" he asked, cocking his unique looking eyebrows. you stifled a snort and averted your gaze from him. "uhm, well, y'know... stuff. nothing you'd be interested in." he stared at you for a bit before shrugging and turning around. you peered over his shoulder to see scattered paper and a leathered journal open with fancy words doodled onto it. "you really like writing huh?" you remarked, smiling gently at eustace. he looked at you and nodded. "i suppose. it's my hobby."
"interesting. then eustace, i'll leave you back to writing. i'd better get-"
"Y/N!" you heard lucy shriek. "i've been looking everywhere for you, where have you-" she stopped and looked at you and eustace, raising a brow. "what are you doing in eustace's room? has he been bothering you?" you opened your mouth to speak, but she cut you off. " i'm sorry, let's just go to my room now." she dragged you by the arm, pulling you away before you could even say goodbye to the blonde boy.
