The next day in Claris' room, after having breakfast, she is helping Hope get dressed. Since they're going to buy her a few clothes, it's also a good idea to wear other clothes in the meantime. Claris has Hope a white blouse with burle tights along with purple and pink sneakers, white socks, and a magenta and red color vest. Claris also puts a yellow star shaped pendant around her neck. After having her get dressed, Claris is now brushing Hope's hair.
Claris smiles and says, "You have lovely purple hair and dark purple highlights."
"Um thank you. I really like it and um, thank you for uh, helping me," Hope says.
"You're welcome," Claris says, and puts Hope's hair in pigtails.
Then says, "We're going to have a lot of fun."
"Besides you and your friends and me, is Elliot and the boys going to be coming?" Hope asks.
"Well, we are going to meet them at the arcade, but they're not going to go shopping with us," Claris says, and finishes Hope's hairstyle.
"How come?" Hope asks.
"Because they think we'll stick them with carrying our bags," Claris says.
Hope giggles," That sounds silly."
"I know. Now we should get going and meet the girls," Claris says.
She stands up and happily says, "Well what are you waiting for. Let's go then."
Hope then leaves the room with a smile on her face.
"Okay okay," Claris says.
Claris walks out following Hope from behind.
Sometime later, May, Annie, and June are standing in front of the mall. They are well dressed and ready to do some shopping.
May turns her head and happily says, "Claris."
The others turn to see Claris and Hope walking to them.
"Hi girls, ready to do some shopping?" Claris replies.
"I sure am. There's a new dress I've been wanting and I got enough money for it," Annie says.
June walks to Hope, "Hello Hope, how are you feeling today?"
"I'm feeling a lot better. But how did you know about the name Claris gave me?" Hope replies.
"Claris called me this morning and told me about your temporary name. I think it suits you," June says.
"Thank you," Hope says.
"So this is the girl who was in the school infirmary? My name is May," May replies.
Annie steps forward, "And I'm Annie."
"Nice to meet you. I'm called Hope until I can remember my real name," Hope says as she bows.
The girls giggle in reply.
"I like her, Claris. She's sweet and kind of funny," May says.
"And so polite," Annie says.
"I'm glad too. We better get going. There's usually a big crowd of people during the weekend," Claris says.
"Yeah. Let's do some shopping," May says.
The girls walk inside the mall to do some shopping, especially to get Hope some clothes.
When they enter the mall, Hope is amazed to see so many different people in one place, and so many stores, not just for clothes, but food, accessories, and more.
