Nice to meet you

I started to calm down and step back a little. "Um thanks for...um that." I say shyly looking at the ground. He lifts my chin up. "Hey..... It's okay there's no need to be shy." I giggle a little. "Im Stephen but you can call me Steph but judging by your shirt you already knew that." Steph says and smiles. I blush. i hold my hand out. " I'm Vanessa is nice to meet you,Steph." I say. He shakes my hand. "Are you okay?" He asks. I wipe my eyes and sniffle. "I think so" I say in a soft tone. He wraps his arms around me and kisses my head. Stephen pulls away and grabs my hand. I look at him and he smiles. He walks me back out to the arena and sits me where the players sit. Scott came running to me. "Vanessa I'm so sorry I hope we can still be friends?" Steph was about to say something but I spoke up before him. "You think we can still be friends?" I say standing up and the whole arena can see/hear us. "You just broke up with me infront of the whole Oracle arena! Plus you are "in love" with my sister! So yea we can be friends when Stephen misses a free throw." I say all up in his face then I didn't think I'd do it but I punched him hard in the face. I made him bleed from his nose and mouth. The crowd was going wild. They kept chanting "jerk, jerk" I turned around and walked back to where I was sitting and saw Stephen smirking at me. Scott was escorted out of the arena. A lady with a staff pass came up to me. "Excuse me miss but can I get you're name please" she said. " My name is Vanessa Lopez." Then smiles and walks away.
I got to sit behind the players and the end of the 3rd quarter the warrior of the night announcement comes on. "Ladies and gentleman our warrior of the night is Vanessa Lopez" then it showed a video of me punching Scott. Everybody in the crowd started laughing. I giggled a little.
In the middle of the forth quarter the starters slowly got pulled out. The score was 99-74 we were killing it. Steph came and sat next to me. I turned to him and smiled. "Thanks again for what you did." I said. "Hey no need to keep thanking me. I was happy to do it in a not creepy way." He says and chuckles while I giggle. He gently puts his hand on mine and continues to watch the game.
The game ended I got up to leave when I felt a hand on my wrist pull me back. "Wait where you going?" Steph asks. "oh well the game's over so I was gonna back to my-" I stopped mid sentence when I realized I don't really have a hotel anymore. "I don't have hotel anymore actully." I say. "You can stay with me if you'd like?" Stephen replies. "Are sure I wouldn't want to be a bother to you're wife and kids." I say "Ayesha doesn't live withe anymore. I caught her in bed with Blake griffin." He says a little sadly. " The media just doesn't know yet that we're getting a divorce." "Oh I'm sorry I didn't know." "No it's okay I think I'm happier now." "Ok well then I'll stay with you then" I say and he smiles. "Great let me go and shower" he says with a smile on his face. He gets up and walks to the locker room while I get up and find a ball. I go on the court and start shooting free throws. I'm not the best player in the world but I'm not the worst. I'm more of a soccer player. I scoot back a little to the 3point line and shoot from there. I miss half and make half. I hear someone while clapping there hands. I turn to see Andrew bogut. "Hey I'm Andrew, nice to meet you" he says and shakes my hand. I smile at him. "I'm Vanessa. Vanessa Lopez." He smiles. "That's a beautiful name" he says. Steph walks back over to me. " Good game steph" Andrew says. "Thanks Andrew, you to." Steph says. " Are you ready to go Vanessa?" "Yea, bye Andrew nice meeting you." I say. He smiles. "Nice meeting you to. See you later". Me Steph walk to his car. He opens the door for me. "Oh you're a gentleman too. Why aren't you the whole package." I say playfully. He chuckles. " I try." I giggle and buckle my seat belt. He opens his door and hops in. "So do you wanna go get you're stuff from the hotel first?" "Yes please. I was staying at the Hilton hotel." I say. He stays to drive there.
We pull up in the parking lot and I start to get. "I'm gonna help you." Stephen says. "You don't h-". "I insist".
We walk to the door and I hear noises wtf. I open it Scott and MY SISTER are doing IT. "What the fuck! That's gross." I say. Me and Steph walk past them and they are blushing. I get my suite case and pack my clothes back into it. Scott walks up to the door in his boxers. "look Vanessa I don't want any hard feelings okay I know I'm from fucking you're sister right now but you could always join?!" He says hapily. I stare at him in shock, tears are starting in my eyes. Then Steph punches and knocks him on the floor. "You're such a dick! Didn't you're mom teach you how to treat a girl." Stephen says. " Are you ready Vanessa?" I nod a he picks my suite case up and rolls it to the door. On the way out he kicks Scott in the stomach making him groan in pain. "Wait Vanessa" I hear my sister Haley say. I turn around and look at her annoyed. " What the hell do you want?" I say. " I just wanna say I finally got something that's was yours!" She said smirking. I slapped her hard. " Well you can have him! His a fucking bastard." I storm to the elevator with where Steph is waiting. We walk back to the car and drive away.
We pull up in his driveway to his house. "Wow. You actully live here."
"Yep it's even prettier on the inside!"
We walk to the front door and he opens it. Let me just tell you if this house was a guy it have a six pack and be hotttt. Lol. "Let me show you the guest room." We walk up stairs and shows me the bathrooms,bedrooms and arcade. "Here we are." He show me into a room that's beyond amazing. "I'll see you in the morning steph" I say. "Goodnight princess". I giggle. "Princess, but I'm a guy?" He says. "Yea but you live in a princess house so that's my nickname for you." I say with a toothy grin. "Fine then your my little warrior." he kisses me on the cheek and walks. "Goodnight my little warrior!" He calls walking down the hall way. I could get used to this!
