She became Gasper's fiance because of a deal made by her father and Sirzechs as a way to unite vamoires and devils. She personally requested Gasper to be her's. She's the other reason why Gasper stopped crossdressing because Gasper fell for her (the other reason is that he made a promise to Issei/before the training trip/ to become a MAN!) Valerie is a yandere but she's planning on giving Gasper a harem.
Gasper can fully control the sacred gear Forbidden Balor View. He looks like Dio because Dio is the one sealed in the sacred gear and he got influenced by him and when he uses Forbidden Balir View he says Dios favorite word "MUDA!" .
