Furudate's comments (Aoba Johsai):
Oikawa: "When I was creating him, I just thought, The manga feels boring, so let's introduce a brighter character. But he ended up being my most crude one."
Iwaizumi: "If all characters got in a fight when they're 35, the strongest would be either him, or Sawamura, or Ennoshita."
Matsukawa: "He was fighting for #1-2 most unrealistic character all the way to the end of the manga. It's like he could be a protagonist in another story."

Watari: "I'm almost certain he grew up in a house with pets."
Kindaichi: "He's an empathetic kid. He struggles, but because he's a nice guy, someone always helps him."
Kunimi: "He could become invincible if he trained more and fixed his eating habits, but he will never do that."
Kyoutani: "He's earnest and serious, but also awkward."
