Only two lights were lit in house. The lights at the balcony and the lights at the kitchen. Though, the moonlight that lit through the curtain and into the living room illuminating the features of the human in the area.

Eyes shut and both arms rested on the solo sofa armrest, hair pushed back showing his forehead. Two wet lines on his cheeks dimly shone because of the moonlight.

At that moment, his mind was a messed like a pile of messy unsolved assignments being everywhere on the table and on the floor. A hand slowly formed a fist as the memory of what his investigator told him flashed in his mind.

"I asked for the madam's and sir's workplace's CCTV records for that day's incident." The investigator laid out pictures on the table from the brown envelope in his hand. Jungkook's eyebrows creased upon looking at each pictures showing middle-aged woman and man in two different places. The woman was at an office while the man was at the car park, bending beside a saloon car.

"I don't understand," Jungkook said.

The investigator let out a heavy sigh with lips pursed. "The car crashed and exploded, correct?"

Jungkook nodded.

"From what I have inspected and understand, the car's crash wasn't serious. It is impossible the car to explode if the crash wasn't serious. The oil didn't leak either. I was permitted to inspect the car, by the way. I found something from the car." The investigator pulled the drawer and took out a zip lock plastic containing a small, square metal box. It's upper part had a big hole. "A timer bomb."

"But the police didn't find anything like this," Jungkook said.

The investigator showed him a bitter smile. "It was installed under the driver's seat. This small thing still stuck in there when I found it."

A deep, unsatisfied sigh left Jungkook's mouth as he thought of how careless of the officer who was responsible for this case.

"Boss," the investigator called. Jungkook looked at him. "I have made an analysis of the whole thing but if that doesn't make sense to you, you can reject it."

"Sure. What is it?"

"I got gathered many records here by the way." The investigator took out a paper. "Your aunt happened to have a miscarriage once after giving by to a child. Seems that she had done so many procedures to conceive. But none of them work. She can't get pregnant again." He then took another paper, laying it on top of another paper. "This custody isn't official. The court hasn't confirmed it to this day and to be honest, I can't tell how the child end up staying with them."

"Lies," Jungkook nonchalantly uttered. "They tell the child lies. The child didn't know anything about the custody. He was brought to the family. Everything they wanted to happen, it happens according to their plan."

"Boss..."

Jungkook clenched his jaws and let out a sigh. Dark chuckle left his mouth. "Call me Jungkook from now on, Changkyun" he said. "Thanks."

Changkyun showed him a bitter smile. He then carefully called, "Jungkook..."

"Yes."

"Mind if I ask you regarding this case?"

Jungkook kept quiet for awhile. His head hung low, shaken by the conclusion he had made and confirmed. "What is it?" The utterance almost came out as a whisper.

"Is this boy –"

"Yes, that boy is me." Jungkook breath became shaky. "That boy is me, Changkyun."
