"If you must blink, do it now. Pay careful attention to everything you see and hear, no matter how unusual it may seem. And please be warned: If you fidget, if you look away, if you forget any part of what I tell you—even for an instant—then our hero will surely perish."
The streets of Kabukicho were always packed; a great place to hide and steal. Well, not steal-steal, but rather pickpocket. Kabukicho was an area that could allow even the most absurd-looking person to blend in, making it almost impossible to spot a person who didn't want to be found. A red-light district plagued by the ironic beauty of plain sight, a sneak's playground. It had an intricate labyrinth of streets and alleyways that only familiarity could navigate. All the conditions perfect for a quick getaway with a wealthy man's watch or wallet.
Too many people to count.
"Sorry! Didn't mean to bump into you, sir."
Too easy to distract.
"Get lost, kid."
Too many opportunities for a thief to strike...
"Oi! You took my watch!"
She grinned, expertly weaving through the crowds, feeling exhilarated. Looking over her shoulder, she spotted the man who had previously worn a silver watch with a blue dial on his wrist, the one attached to hers, and now wore a face of red rage. In the blink of his eye, she vanished; losing her in the crowd, he huffed in anger before storming off towards the police (well, that's what she figured anyway). That man was no threat to the girl, who just ducked into an alleyway, he was nothing but a vague image to her now. She would never see him again; he would never see her again either. For she was Kira Kubo, a street rat who'd never be caught.
"God, I've got to get a cooler backpack," Kira muttered to herself, rotating her All Might-themed knapsack so it sat on her front.
She clicked off her new watch's clasp, examining it in her hand and marveling at its shiny face. With a content smile, she dropped the item into her sack, securing it in the pocket molded to look like All Might's pearly whites. Kira, facing the alley's brick wall, began her ascent to the building's rooftop. Kira stabilized her lower body as much as possible, then stretched her legs to astonishing lengths. Like an elevator, she rose to the height of the building with her shoes still firmly planted on the ground, only her legs elongated.

Once Kira reached the top, she sat on the edge of the roof. She looked down, amusing herself by wiggling her noodle-like legs before allowing them to rapidly retract into their normal length; she quickly walked to the other side of the roof, eyeing the gap between buildings. Kira twisted her knapsack the right way around, settling it on her back once again. She felt the cool air tickle against her knees and push back her loose strands of hair, which one could describe being the color of an orange sunset, as she jumped. With cat-like quickness, Kira lengthened her legs again, easily stepping over the gap and onto the second roof. She continued using rooftops like stepping stones with a smooth rhythm, carrying her abundance of newly claimed (by Kira, of course) with her.
It was then she stopped. On the most run-down building in the entire city, her smile dropped; she was home. There was a metal trapdoor in the center of the concrete. It was rusted and small, barely hanging on if Kira was being honest. She gripped the gritty handle and opened the hatch. There was no ladder or sufficient lighting. Kira took off her knapsack, gripping it tightly, and extended her arm into the opening, placing the bag nicely inside. She retracted her arm back to normal before hopping through. Once she reached the bottom, Kira grabbed the bag and walked into the dim lights. Not before she closed the hatch, however, by extending her arm once again to pull it closed.
