My name is Beatrix Alarick (no relation to Alaric)
I come from a long line of angry revengeful wolves. I know that sounds crazy but it's true werewolves, vampires, witches they're all real. I am what some would call an abomination, but according to an old friend of mine, a hybrid.

I'm a mix of a werewolf and a vampire. My family is from the crescent wolf pack I was born in 1507 when women had to wear big fluffy dresses and the men had to wear absolutely disgusting suits with big fluffy white pieces (I personally never understood them I always thought they looked like peacocks) that made them look bigger to attract the women.

I always fancied women more than men but I couldn't tell anyone that until I was about 18.

Flashback

The year is 1529 I was sitting watching the performance go on at the theater when a sudden blonde beauty caught my eye.  The crowd was quite packed with sweaty men. My date next to me was significantly sweaty. I could smell it. I don't know why and I don't want to know why.

My father set me up on a date with this older man apparently he was an alpha, and a very powerful one at that. I really didn't want to marry this man so I excused myself.

As I began standing up he spoke, "Where are you going," he asked in a deep raspy voice.

"I'm just going to go to the lady's room. Please excuse me," I responded. I lied. I was going to the bathroom to change so he couldn't follow my scent once he realized I was gone.

As I was heading out I noticed the blonde next to two rather good-looking men. One had ginger hair and a nice suit on, his hair was swept to the side while the other man had a suit that was a little bluer than the ginger's. He was a little shorter than the ginger man. Although his face wore a more patient look than the ginger.

There was another man that had his arm interlinked with the blonde but that didn't detour me. The ginger looked very upset. I thought they were all very good-looking and decided to approach the blonde. As I was getting closer I could start to hear what they were saying. The ginger just looked angrier and angrier. As I was getting closer I decided to slow my pace to see what they were talking about.

"Rebekah we have to go NOW!" demanded the ginger in a rather raspy voice they were English like most of the people here. My family's accent died out years ago. I took one more step trying to grab their attention as I wanted to know what was going on when the wiser-looking one spoke.

"Niklaus we have no time for arguing let's just go brother" he said in rather a hurried tone but soft at the same time as if he was trying not to anger the ginger whose name I presumed was Niklaus as the shorter one just called him. As I was presumably about 6 feet approximately from them Niklaus moved so fast I just barely witnessed what was happening. He snapped the man's neck that was next to Rebekah.

My eyes went wide at this sight. My only instinct was to run and hid behind the closest wall. The ginger noticed this and whipped his head peering in my direction as the blonde whimpered as her lover just laid limp in her hands.

The three of them ran off fast and without the man whose neck was snapped. I decided now would be a good time to follow them since the scent was still fresh. The next couple of minutes were a blur as I tried to leave the theater but was hit with a thump on the back of my head as everything went black.

-Authors note- HIIII Sorry it's so long. The next chapter will be the rest of the flashback the story will probably return to real-time in like the next 2 chapters or so. Um, hope you like to vote if you do hehe. Bye Have a nice evening.
