I woke up to the sound of children running around and screaming. "Somone kill those children or I will," I said sitting up. I walked into the quad and found music playing and kids building gingerbread houses.
"Hey, Pedro what's going on?" I asked him.
"It's Christmas," He said with a smile. I ran up to the fireplace. That didn't seem to get anyone's attention. I grabbed a nearby witch and bent her head back. I acted like I was going to sink my teeth into her neck. Everyone stopped and looked at me.
"Great, now that I have your attention," I said letting her go. "What are you doing?" I asked them.
"It's Christmas Beatrix. Lighten up a little." Kaleb said walking over to me.
"It's October! If someone doesn't turn off that music I swear I am going to snap someone's neck and trust me it won't be one of the ones that can regenerate." I said looking at Kaleb.
"I'll do it" Hope said walking forward. She flipped her fingers and the music stopped. She made her voice loud and made sure that everyone in the school could hear her.
"Your girlfriend is leaving I suggest you do too," She said deadpanning and taking my place by the fireplace.
"Okay. I am out of here" I said to her quietly. I ran upstairs and grabbed my bag. I got outside and it was white as white can get.
"Ready for our road trip?" Lizzie asked me as I walked out.
"Ready as I'll ever be," I said smiling. Once I got into the car I realized who was there.
"Would you stop literally pushing my buttons," Lizzie said to me. I was pushing on the radio buttons.
"So, she finally speaks, eh?" I said leaning back down in the seat.
"Sorry but, This car fascinates me," I said pushing another button.
"This gas-guzzler is older than dirt. My dad's friend gave it to me and Josie for our sweet 16." Lizzie said grabbing my hand and throwing it in my lap.
"I can guess who that is," I said looking around at the vehicle.
"We should stop for fuel then. I could also use a proper meal." I said looking out the window.
"And by that you mean..." Lizzie began.
"I still eat human food, Lizzie." I said with a smile and looked at her.
"Mm. You should've eaten before we left." She said looking at me.
"You know you are one of the most baffling women I have met, Lizzie," I said looking at her.
"And who were the others?" She asked glancing at me whilst driving.
"Rebekah Mikelson and someone I don't really like to talk about," I said looking at her. Lizzie slammed on the brakes.
"You drive like a drunk priest," I said fixing my hair looking at her.
"I think I saw some deer. If you're so hungry why don't you go eat Bambi?" She said turning and looking at me.
"I don't like deer and can we please hurry up," I asked looking at her.
"I don't know if I'm so baffling what makes you think I won't just turn around." She said.
"Lizzie?" I asked her.
"What?" She said.
"Are you aroused by me?" I said adjusting my placement in the seat.
"Wh- why would you ask me that?" She said placing her hands on the wheel.
"Because you seem to think that I don't know what you act like when your turned on," I said looking away from her after letting my eyes linger on her a little. She stepped on the gas and pulled out into the road again. She didn't talk for the rest of the drive.
