Singing

Brandon's POV:
I was walking around the island Richie was just venting about flurry it was honestly giving me a headache.
"I lose my breath whenever I see you~" my ears perk up "you stole my heart what is it that you do?~" I peak around the corner to see Devin singing.
"My live was grey till you added colours~ like the moon needs the sun, we don't care 'bout the others~" I smile leaning against I wall watching him sing.
"You set my world on fire, you're my heart's desire~" I smile feeling my face heat up "I just wanna love you just wanna hold you, just wanna be with you till me grow old please tell me you'll stay or take me away I want you for myself every single day" I float closer to him hiding on a roof top.
"You set my world on fire you set my world on fire~" he voice is so beautiful "I don't know what I'd do without you. You make me smile, what is it that you do?" I lean over the edge to see that he was holding a letter.
"My life was grey till you added colours~" he looks to be writing something.
"Like the moon needs the sun, we don't care 'bout the others" I can't make it out what he's writing.
"You set my world on fire, you're my heart's desire" he places down the pen.
"I just wanna love you, just wanna hold you, just wanna be with you till we grow old, just tell me you'll stay, or take me away, I want you for myself every single day~" he hugs the paper to his chest.
"You set my world on fire, you set my world on fire" he looks down at the paper.
"I just want you, I just need you, I don't know what it is you do~" he smiles reading it to himself.
"I just wanna love you, just wanna hold you, just wanna be with you till we grow old, just tell me you'll stay, or take me away. I want you for myself every single day" I watch as tears fall from his eyes.
"You set my world on fire, you set my world on fire..." he lays down scrunching the paper into a ball and shoving it into his pocket.
I wipe my cheek not noticing I had been crying.
I float around to the side of his house and walk around to see him looking up at the sky. "Hey Devin" I smile "oh Brandon sorry I didn't see you" he says cleaning himself up a little. "Don't stress what's up?" "Nothing I was just singing" "I heard" "you did?" He asks flustered "only a bit you have a lovely voice" "t-thank you" "anytime" I smile looking down at his pencil and paper he had "oh I was just writing to someone" he explains "what were you writing?" "Just a letter" "who to?" "My crush" he mumbles "sorry?" "My crush" he says flustered "who's the lucky person?" "That doesn't matter" "oh but you were going to give them a love letter" "it's useless he probably doesn't like me" "is he in this guild?" "Yeah" he signs "is it David?" "What no he's my friend" "Lucas?" "No" "Inmo" "I know what your doing your trying to find out who I like" "yes and who is it?" "Oh it's... I'm not stupid" "I know that" I giggle.
"Can I read the letter?" "Why?" "Sorry I know it's private" "no it's ok why did you want to read it?" "I don't know I haven't read a love letter before" "you haven't?" "No I think getting one would be cute but I don't think I'll get one" "we'll I want to get some water would you like some?" "No I'm ok" I nod "ok I'll be back" he walks inside. As he walks in the letter drops from his pocket I blow it up to my hand before hiding it in my pocket. "Hey Devin, I'll be back I think my brother wants me" I call out before walking away.
I walk over to Davids garden taking the paper out of my pocket I unfold it I see a neatly written letter. Why am I doing this? This is private I don't need to read it it's not for me... I start to read.

'I love you' is simply not enough when every part of my soul dances at the mention of your name.
So I don't just love you.
I love you more.

Who ever this was for was lucky I feel something tug at my chest I let out a shaky breath. I stand up sliding the paper back into my pocket, I walk back to Devin's house. I throw the paper to the side of the door as I walk in "oh hey where did you go?" He asks "I just went to see Richie he's been a little angry lately" "oh I see" he nods "so how have you been?" He asks "oh I've been good how about yourself?" "Could be better" "oh?" "Don't worry about it" "so before you were telling me who your crush was?" "No I wasn't?" "Please just tell me" "no" "please?" "I'm not saying any names you get three questions" "is he nice?" "Yeah... why is that one of your questions?" "I need to make sure he's good for you" "aww" "hair colour?" "White" he mumbles "me?" I feel my cheeks heat up "I- no answer" "oh... Eden?" "No he's me but he's really gross and that would be wired" "Devin?" "Yeah I like you" he blushes "wait was that letter for me?" My cheeks heat up "yeah it's silly, don't read it!" "Ok" I smile hugging him.
