Chapter 3

Ashley's POV
"Okay that's it and we have art next" Sam said as we stood by our lockers, which happen to be next to each other, for the 2nd period to start

"Yes" I say

"You like art" Sam asked

"I love it"

*The bell rings*

"Welcome back kids oh you must be new" my art teacher said

"Yes my name is Ashley Teller" I said

"My name is miss George, do you like art" she asked me

"Yes I love it"

"Amazing well take  a stray and we'll get started"

"She's the nicest teacher here" Sam whispered to me as we sat down

"Yeah I thought she might be" I whispered back

As we walked out of the classroom I felt someone tap me on the shoulder

"Your the new girl from England right?" A tall girl with brown hair and an orange crop top which looked more like a bra asked me

"Yeah I'm Ashley"

"I'm Isabella(I forgot her name sorry) wait why are you hanging out with Sam Thomas you could do so much better than him, if you want I can show you who's acceptable (looks at Sam) to be friends with" she said in a bitchy tone

"I think I can tell the wrong sort for my self thanks" I say, grab Sam's wrist and leave

"That was awesome!!" Sam almost shouted as we sat down

"Well no one says that about my best friend"I said whilst getting out my lunch

"Yes I'm your best friend!"

"Hey what bout me?" Emmet fake looked hurt

Me and Sam started laughing our asses off. So much people started to look at us which made us laugh even harder

After school

"Thank you so much for the lift Charlie" I said as he parked and me and Sam got out

"Any day" Charlie said smiling

"Ashley you ready to go?"

"Yep I'll just drop my bag off"

"So that's stoney-Brooke" Sam said as we walked down our street

"Thank you so much for showing me around" I said slipping my hand into his

And perfect my phone rings

"I'm so sorry Sam it's my mum"

"It's fine ash"

"Ooh I like that"

I pick up the phone

"Hey mum"

"Hey Ashley I'm so sorry but your dad and I had to go on an emergency business trip to Arizona and we won't be back till next  Monday. But Elizabeth said you can stay at their house for the week"

"Okay mum"

"I'm so sorry"

"Mum trust me it's fine"

"Okay honey I've got to go, love you bye"

"Bye"I hang up the phone

"What was that about" Sam asked holding my hand again

"Well I guess I'm going to be staying at your house for the next week"

"That's great but why?" He asked

"My parents had an emergency business trip to Arizona"

"Yes our first sleepover and it's a week long" he shouted excitedly

"I know, do you wanna help me pack a bag" I ask

"Sure let's go" he said dragging me to my house with me laughing at his iconic goofy grin
