Chapter 7: Wacky Flying

Meanwhile back to the Phoenix, it was still flying all wobbling and Tazer and Adira were still fighting over the steering wheel.

"Give me...the stupid...wheel Adira!" Tazer told her angrily as he tugged on it. "No I wanna fly this thing!" Adira complained back as she tugged it to her direction.

"Do you even know how to fly it?!" Tazer asked her annoyed as he tried pushing her with his foot. "No but I've seen Leena do it so it's easy!" Adira explained to him cocky.

Tazer shook his head and actually tried shoving her with his body "There's a difference between seeing someone do something and actually doing something yourself! IT'S A LOT HARDER THAN YOU THINK!" Tazer told her furiously as they kept shoving eachother.

Zinti and Bella were still following the runaway ship but the fox princess was getting exhausted from summoning the ice pillars and annoyed that for the past hour, her brother was still fighting over the ship.

"That's it! Pant! I can't keep making ice all day! Bella! Call my brother!" Zinti panted tired and Bella quickly got her communicator and started calling Tazer.

The intercom on the ship started beeping, alerting the fox. "Tazer's ears perked at the sound but he didn't want to let go of the wheel. He got his foot and pressed the button with it. "Hello?" He asked.

"TAZER!" Zinti yelled loudly on the intercom irritated and Tazer's ears winced back. "Zinti! Quit messing with the inter com!" Tazer scolded and he turned around, thinking she was with behind him...but neither the pup or Bella was there.

Tazer gaped and his eyes widen blinking while Adira kept trying to take the wheel but Tazer's grip had held it in place. "Zinti....where are you?" He asked his sister over the intercom.

"Let me think...RIGHT BEHIND YOU FROM OUTSIDE!!!" Zinti yelled over the intercom annoyed and Tazer looked over the window of the ship and he gasped in shock to see his sister summoning ice pillars to catch up.

"AAAAAAAAAH!" Tazer yelled alarmed as he finally let go of the steering wheel to grab his ears in panic. His sudden release of the wheel surprised Adira and she fell to the floor with an "ack!". "I CAN BELIEVE I LEFT MY SISTER AND BELLA BEHIND. MY PARENTS ARE GONNA KILL ME FOR THIS!" Tazer said freaking out.

Adira got up groaning but her eyes widen when she saw the ship was flying down "Um Tazer! The Phoenix!" Adira warned him alarmed with her ears down. Tazer looked at the steering wheel and he freaked out more.

"Aaaah!" Tazer yelled freaking out more with both problems: getting Zinti and Bella and flying the Phoenix. Tazer quickly opened the hatch door and leaped on the steering wheel, flying it. Zinti and Bella saw the door opened "We gotta jump Bella! Ready...JUMP!" Zinti told her as they both jumped off the ice pillar before it melted and got inside the ship and the door. " I'm telling mom and dad when this is over!" Zinti told Bella as they closed the door and ran to the pilot room while the ship kept flying wobbly.

Meanwhile...

Max and Kali were staring at eachother, everything was quiet. "You ...know eachother?" Leena asked Max surprised. Max looked at her and she saw he looked worried and confused.

"Yes. This is Kali. Felina's younger sister. We were friends" Max introduced Kali to them and Leena's eyes widen. "Felina's sister?" She said surprised. "So this tiger lady is a princess?" Koda asked curious while still hiding behind his brother.

"Was a princess. Until Felina betrayed me" Kali told them angrily, her ears flat. "Betrayed?" Max said confused. He knew how close the sisters were when they were cubs. "But why?" He asked her, wanting answers. He couldn't recall any problems between them. "She never told you did she?" Kali asked him furious.

Leena was confused. She had so many questions as she looked at Max. 'How does he know her? Why didn't we know about Felina having a sister? And what about meeting the guardian?' Leena wondered in her head.

As she wondered, her eyes caught sight of Khan, hidden in the bushes behind Kali with his trident out and ready. But the white tiger's ears perked at the sound of the bushes rustling and guessing that someone was behind her, Kali turned around with her blades out and shot ice spikes at Khan's direction.

"Khan watch out!" Leena yelled out. The shark quickly leaped up and over the white tiger. He landed in front of her with his trident out, emitting water magic. "Khan!" Max said happy to see him. "Max!" Higga yelled relived to see him and Leena. The owl had ran to them worriedly and joined their sides.

Kali snarled at them. Max and Leena had their weapons out and ready. They both still had so many questions but questions would have to wait. Right now they gotta survive the fight. Twitch and Spike were up in the trees, watching with worry, wanting to help but unsure how.

"Professor. Get my brother somewhere safe. We'll deal with Kali" Max said serious and the professor nodded as he and the otter stepped back. "You got alot of explaining to do" Leena told him. "Yeah I know. But fighting first. Answers later" Max said serious as they faced Kali.
