This is an AU where Lance owns a corner store where they sell fresh produce, Its a future AU so after the finale of Voltron. Haha there I Keith and lance can be together, allura is dead anyway.

Third person

Lance Mcclain was walking home from work, He had just been rejected by his crush Keith. Keith even his name is cute, he blushed. Keith didn't really say no, well he did, Lance honestly didn't know how Keith felt. He always got mixed messages from him, and as soon as he found out Lance was he acted very strange always stammering, flustered and jumpy at the slightest movement. Even when they wen't to an amusement park and Keith latched onto Lance during a scary ride. It was amusing to watch him panic every time I got near him. It was kinda funny how he ran out of Lances little corner store after Lance asked him to dinner.

Lance just finished setting out some fresh pumpkins from his farm for the halloween season, when Keith came in. "Hey Keith! Over here" he semi shouted. Keith blushed and walked over to Lance. Lance chuckled "how have you been mullet head?"

"D-don't call me mullet head" Keith mumbled, Lance smirked "aw but you're so cute when you're flustered, And your mullets cute" Lance flicked Keiths mullet with a mischievous smile playing on his lips, Keith intern blushed deeply. "I-" Keith wasn't sure what to say. " Have dinner with me?" Lance asked pushing a piece of hair behind Keith ear, with a smirk on his face, to which Keith blushed even more deeply. "NO! I mean-" Keith ran out of Lances store. Lance just started laughing.

Lance had reached home at this point, he took his key out and opened the door to his house. He walked into his kitchen to cook, he hoped Keith would come over, but he knew he would probably just text him an apology. Which Lance would reply with a bit of teasing and an 'its ok'

He chuckled at the thought of how many times he'd apologised over text, half an hour pasted and Lance had finished making dinner when there was a nock at the door.

Lance washed and dried his hands before going to the door to answer. He pulled the door open, to his surprise it was Keith. There he stood is love, his life, the one person he wants kisses deeply, his 'crush' if you will. He really felt like kissing him right now. Keith cleared his throat before speaking "I...... I thought I'd come and apologise for what happened at your store earlier." He blushed. "so I'm sorry- and don't thinks it because I like you" Lance laughed.

"Akira it's fine, Like I tell you every time, its ok. I just finished making dinner, you wanna come in and join me?" Lance smiled at Keith sweetly, Keith looked a tiny bit annoyed. "Don't call me Akira..." He blushed. "But, It would be nice to have dinner with you" He muttered and took a step inside, Lance smirked "Pardon what was that Mullet head?" He teased. Keith looked at him and bit his lip, Lance laughed. "I- wouldn't mind having dinner with you pointy chin" He said quickly

Lance smiled "Come in then, he let Keith in and walk to the kitchen, Keith came in and shut the door following behind Lance into the kitchen.

Keith jumped as Lance put his arms around Kieths waist, Keith blushed as he realised the position he was in. "um- what is this?" Keith said confused, Keith being a fluster and embarrassed mess tried to pull away from Lances hold to regain composer. But lance wasn't having any of that, He pulled Keith closer.

"Lets stay like this for a while, we can reheat the food if we have to. He kissed Keiths neck, to which Keith responded with his blush doubling. "Lance, why are you beings so-" Lance cut him off by turning him around and kissing him on the lips, Keith closed his eyes leaning into the kiss wrapping his hands around Lances neck.

Lance wrapped his arms around his waist pulling him close, Lance deepened the kiss. Lance pulled away and rested his forehead on Lances. Lances smiled at Keith and said "I love you Keith, I have for a long long time" Keith still flustered and panicked, Keith chuckled and smiled despite his flustered state. "I love you too........" Keith said giving him another peck on the cheek. Lance smiled "so does that mean wanna be my boyfriend?" Lance looked at Keith expectantly "Yes"

Lance pulled away from Keith and started setting the table "Lets eat! We can talk more over dinner"
