It has been two days since Enola left and I must say I do miss her, Tewkesbury and I decided to run a small flower stall within the market and I was enjoying it so much we had became quite close within the two days we have spent alone.

It was now around noon and we were working the stool and selling many flowers "I want four yellow flowers, two blue and a red one I don't care about the breed any flower will do"  a familiar vice called from behind, I turned to see Enola wearing a pretty dress and her hair was down perfectly past her shoulder

"Enola" I called with excitement bringing her into a hug

"what are you doing here?" Tewksbury asked in shock

"why, if you're passionate about flowers, would you come to London?" she asked ignoring his question

"because we can get lost here" he replied

"and yet I have found you"

"but why have you done so" I questioned as I stood next to the marquess

she stood still and just stared at him with a suspicious smile, which concerned the two of us "you're here for the money. they've offered a reward" He stated in shock, I held my breath

"have they? I didn't know, well I must tie you up and claim it " she joked as she lunged at him causing us both to jump, but when she began chuckling I let out a breath of relief, danger lurks around every corner now we must be careful about who we trust.

"stars and garters are you really so ridiculous?" she mocked

" well when there is a lot of money involved one must be careful" I interrupted

" I've come here because I've grown to like you two more in your absence, and because, as it turns out your life is still in danger" she stated

"well of course you'll find we are very likeable" I stated as Tewksbury handed me a pink rose and we began walking along the market with Enola

"I found your flower pressings . they were quite beautiful I don't give a fig about flowers of course." Enola started as I placed the pink rose I was given into another stall beside me

"that's because your ignorant" Tewkesbury stated

"agreed" I chimed in

"ignorant? how dare you?"

"ignorant and wilfully so" I replied

"you look better in breeches I'll give you that" Tewkesbury said earning a shove from Enola Holmes

"I've missed you Enola Holmes" I interrupted

"as have I" he muttered

"I wanted to miss you but I kept getting dragged back towards you. now come on we're in serious danger, if you didn't know" she groaned as we all walked out of the market.

we walked into the lodging that Enola was shacked up in and it was terrible in comparison to our place.

"is this how your living" The young marquess asked

"Did you juts rent a room at the Ritz?" she asked in offence

"ours was slightly more comfortable than this" I stated

"well the women I boarded off assured me this was a fine room" she argued

"well that Lady was nothing short of a liar" I bluntly said

2i have but a single bed so you too will have to share the floor" she said ignoring my remark

"Tewksbury sat on Enola bed and opened a news paper that was already upon it, he opened it to the first page and noticed an advertisement which had him in it "I'm in this one" he said with excitement

"oh so you are" I muttered as I took a seat next to him

"i'll make us some tea" Enola said as she began walking upstairs and we began following her

"so you genuinely believe my life's in danger?" he asked

" and what has this got to with me?" I questioned

"your family didn't send a detective to find you. they could have, and they didn't. instead, they sent a murderer and you Audrey Crimson have already been seen with him, if you were alone he'd come after you to find out what you know" she answered quickly

"lovely" I said sarcastically as I rolled my eyes

"why would anyone want me dead?" he asked softly

"countless reasons" she replied "your personality, your ridiculous hair, your silly smile or possibly your land, your estate, your title, your seat. same reasons they wanted your father dead Greed does funny things to people Tewkesbury." she continued

"so now you're saying you think they killed my father?" he asked in shock

"I don't think. I know." she replied

"no none of this makes the slightest sense, my fathers death was caused by a botched burglary and-- and it would have been easier to kill me before I ran away, rather than now" he stuttered

" I entirely agree. I think they tried to. I found the branch it was cut" she replied

"Cut?" I questioned but before I got a reply Enola grabbed the boiling kettle and threw it at a man that was behind us, I hadn't noticed him. Tewksbury threw him back down and grabbed my hand as we ran back into Enola's room and slammed the door.

"move the chest, move the chest!" Enola demanded as we both pushed it in front of the door desperately trying to hold it shut as the man kept trying to open the door.

"open up miss posy or should I say miss Holmes?" the man called angrily

"Tewkesbury you must go" I shouted

"see that window, it leads to a roof, I need you to climb out and take off into nowhere" Enola finished

"and leave you?" he asked

"we must hold this door" I answered

"you need to get away too" he yelled

"if he catches you, your life will be in danger ours will not" I yelled

"I don't want to leave you" he argued

"its okay" I said softly "I'll never forget you Corey" I continued, he turned to me "I'll come back for you I promise" he stated before pushing off the draws and heading out the window shooting one more smile before he did so. I couldn't hold it anymore and let the door burst open

He's worth more but you'll give me greater pleasure" he said quietly as he grabbed both of our arms and lead us out of the lodging.
