The next Day 6:00pm

"you ready Ryan?"I asked

"yeah, where is Stokeley? I haven't seen him all day?"she asked coming down the stairs

"I'm not sure, he left around 7 this morning"I shrugged

"Really? maybe I should call him I didn't know he left that early"Ryan reached in her back pocket taking out her phone

"Oh, trust me Ryan he's fine...um to be honest I think he left because he was a little jealous of you and me"I said

"Jealous for what?"Ryan asked, clearly confused

He chuckled "um don't tell him I told you but I think he likes you"

"Really?"she asked

"yeah, crazy right? anyways he got jealous cause I got to asked you to the festival first..."

"but we're just going as friends"she said

"I know! I told him that! he shouldn't get mad cause we're going together besides...I'm sure you would never give him the time of day"I chuckled

"well...never say never..that's what my dad always say"Ryan said lowly

I glared at her "wait, you would date Stokeley?"

"No...I mean I don't know"she said

I hate the thought of Ryan having even a little interest in Stokeley.

"Well...what about me?"I asked lowly

"I don't know, can we leave now?"Ryan asked, clearly over this whole conversation

"yeah, let's go"I smirked

The Festival

"Hey, look at this"Ryan pointed at a 'PSYCHIC READING' stand

"you really believe in stuff like this?" I chuckled raising an eyebrow

"yes! let's go!"she grabbed my hand causing me to blush and lead me to the stand

"Hello, would you like a reading?"The lady asked

"Yes"Ryan smiled

"On what exactly, dear?"The lady asked

"my future...life wise"Ryan said

She nodded and grabbed Ryan's hand...before closing her eyes.

Around 40 seconds later she opened her eyes and smiled at Ryan. "You will have a wonderful future although there will be rain before the sunshine"

"What does that mean?"

"You will go through something quite traumatic but in time you will over come that...your future husband will help you through that...oh and I see you with an adorable son also"she smiled

Ryan smiled "really? what did my future husband look like?"

"Couldn't really tell but I'm sure he's gonna be perfect for you"she winked at Ryan

I walked in the house and it was quiet as hell...then I remembered Ryan and Jahseh left the the festival.

I pulled out my phone and decided to call Ryan just to check on her.
