After lying down for what felt like forever, you decide to call Luke. After three rings Luke picked up.
Luke: Y/N?
Y/N: Luke why haven’t you called?
You say with your voice shaking.
Luke: Umm. I was busy talking to my parents
There was silence for a few seconds
Luke: I-I told them about us… that you were pregnant
Y/N: Oh. Well, what did the say
Luke: There not to happy about it, but I knew that would happen. But I told them our plans and there good with us raising the baby
Y/N: Oh my god. Thats so good to hear right now. My mom still hasn’t budged
Luke: She’ll come around
Y/N: I really don’t think so, all she says is that we should put it up for adoption
Luke: Maybe she’ll change her mind when its born
You start to tear up.
Y/N: So I’ll have to spend 9 months avoiding her? And not talking to her? That will be so hard
Luke: I know it will be babe. But I’ll be here for you during this whole pregnancy
You wipe your eyes and sniffle a bit.
Y/N: Will you come over and get me?
Luke: Of course. I’ll text you when I’m outside
Y/N: Thank you Luke. I love you
Luke: I love you too, I’ll see you soon
You hang up your phone and put it on your night stand. You change your pants and throw on a light pink knit sweater that you have. You didn’t love the way your hair was, so your just did a quick fish tail braid. You were ready to go and were just waiting for Luke’s text.
5 more minutes passed and your phone dinged. He was here. You opened your bed room door and tried to be as quite as possible. You made it to the front door with out your mom seeing you. you slipped on your shoes and was about to make it out the door. Your turned the door handle and your mom comes out of no where.
Mom: And where do you think your going?
Y/N: I’m going to Luke’s he's here
Mom: I don’t think so
Y/N: Well I am and you can’t stop me
You opened the rest of the door and started walking to Luke’s car. She came after you.
Mom: Then don’t bother coming back home!
She raised her voice.
Y/N; Thats fine with me!
You yelled back at her.
You opened the car door and sat down.
Luke: Y/N? What was that about?
You looked at Luke dead in the eye.
Y/N: Just drive. Please
Luke nodded and drove away. Leaving your mom on the porch staring as you drove away with Luke.
