"hey charli?" cher whispered, not sure if her girlfriend was sleeping or not. "mm?" charli mumbled, barely awake. "wanna go on a double date with vinnie and his girlfriend?"
charli sat up, and turned on the lamp on her nightstand. "i don't understand why you still converse with vincent." cher frowned, she had gotten her hopes up a little too high.
"vinnie is my friend." charli raised her eyebrows. "want me to show you a video of you crying over him? me and elle made a compilation."
cher covered her mouth with her hand, and let out a laugh. "okay okay, i get it. but me and him are on good terms now, just like you and chase."
"don't bring chase into this!" charli said, laughing. "i'll come i guess. if it'll make you happy."
"thank you! it's gonna be fun. now goodnight, i'm tired," cher yawned, giving charli a kiss before adding, "turn off that light." and nodded towards the lamp.
charli giggled and said, "goodnight baby," before reaching over and turning off the light.

vinnie could feel himself falling back in love with brianna. it had only been a week since they met up again, but they had seen eachother almost all day every day since then. she was so fun to hang around.
and even though it had only been a week, they decided to start dating again. she made him happy, and he made her happy, so why not?
and they decided to never post about each other, after what happened last week, where brianna was on tiktok room for putting him in her caption.
he remembered holding cher while she cried about hate comments she got from simply associating herself with vinnie, and decided to never put a girl in that situation again.
vinnie was also happy to see cher. he really wanted to have a good relationship with her, even though she shouldn't even be talking to him after everything he had done to her.
but she was, and he was glad.
