It's been days maybe weeks since they left the cabin to Wellington, the search had taken its toll on the trio but none the less they continued forward.

They stopped at many locations along the way, each place they went to the more hope they once had was chipped away slowly.

It's was getting colder the more they walked Christa wanted to curl up into a little ball trying to find any source of warmth,

The nights were the worst it was so cold they had to huddle up for warmth in front of the small fire that barley kept them warm.

Molly wasn't doing so good she had fallen ill, it got so bad that they had to rest for a while and when they did travel the trio had to Take multiple breaks or she had to be carried.

The last remainder of medicine they had left went  to molly but nothing seemed of help her get better she seemed to only get worse.

"Lee I don't think she'll make it we need to start considering leaving her behind" Christa whispered sneaking glances at the blond

"We didn't leave omid to die when his leg got broken" lee crossed his arms

"I know but look at her she is no condition to travel she's dead weight!" she whispered shouted

"We don't leave people behind if you feel so strongly about this then feel free to go off on your own"

"Lee...I know me and her got off to a rocky start but I've come to like her I don't want to leave her however you have to think about finding Clem"

"I want it find Clem but she wouldn't like it if I left her behind and I wouldn't forgive myself if I did"

"Okay fine let's do it your way but your carrying her from now on cuz we have to move" the brunette sighed

Lee walked over to the blond a weak smile on his face

"Hey how are you feeling?"

"Oh I feel just peachy let me guess you wanna leave me behind" she chuckled shaking her head

"That's not true your coming with us now hop on I'm going to carrying you till further notice"

"Haha I have a pony now" she giggled

"And your loopy from the meds" he sighed

"Christa can you lend me a hand the meds finally kicked in" he added

"Hey at least it's doing something" she helped him put the other girl on his back

"Let's go"

It's been two days since they discussed what to do with molly and the medicine they gave her was helping a bit but not enough for lee to stop carrying her.

They could see smoke in the distance just the sight made there hearts skip a beat,
They made it.

"Oh my god lee this is it we made it" the brunette squealed

"Come on let's go see Clem" she added as she broke into a sprint

"Oh come on I can't exactly run!" lee shouted after her

They ran about half way before they came to a halt as a Single bullet was shot a bit in front of them

"That's far enough I want you to drop your weapons" the girl ordered

Lee motioned for Christa to drop her weapon then for her to drop his since his hands were occupied

After all weapons were dropped the girl told them to come forward, she then dropped a duffel bag.

"I'm sorry but we're over capacity as it is and we can't take any more people right now" her voice was filled with sadness who knows how many people she had to turn away.

"That's fine I'm not here to stay I'm looking for a little girl with dark brown hair, hazel eyes, about eleven years old, she's wearing a hat with a D on it"

"A little girl fitting her Description came here about 3 weeks ago with a baby and a older man with a beard" she confirmed

"Kenny he's alive" lee smiled widely

"Thank you so much" molly thanked weakly

"Is your friend okay she doesn't to good" the girl asked

"She's sick from the cold weather we don't exactly have clothes for the winter" christa answered

The girl bit her lip before she walked off, she returned not long holding another duffel bag

"Heh this is the second time I'm doing this I'm only supposed to give one bag per group but you seem like you need it plus that little girl chose to leave for the sake of her fiend inside this bag is some medicine and some warm clothes" she dropped it down

"Thank you we really appreciate it god bless your soul" that was the last thing the trio said before they left

The brunette picked up the bags and grabbed the weapons off the floor, heading off into the forest on another journey.
