4. "From You're Best Friend -A!"

Spencer's POV:
June 11

I can't help but notice the eerie silence in the car. I just wish I could be home with Toby right now. After 2 minutes I decide to turn on the radio. A man's voice interrupts the song playing ."We have a special song request for Spencer, Aria and Hannah! from your best friend 'A'! " I look at my friends with a worried expression while their eyes widen with fear, realizing that this is from damn 'A'. A familiar song starts blasting from the speakers. The intro continues to play... Wait a minute this song was from Mockingjay! All four of us had seen Mockingjay last weekend since it was one of my favourite books. Which would mean that The Hanging Tree was playing, this can't be good. " Are you, are you, coming to the tree, we strung up your friend before she murdered me."
I quickly turn off the radio and look at the girls faces. Their mouths are open in shock for what they just heard. I quickly pull over since I have a feeling this is going to be a long conversation.

"D-DOES THAT MEAN EMILY IS D-DEAD????" Aria stutters.

"I don't know I guess we'll find out tomorrow at 2:00." I say trying to be a little positive.

I hear a buzzing from the pocket in my hoodie. I grasp my phone in my hand and read out loud.

" Your friend isn't dead yet but if you don't come alone tomorrow she will. Your choice! -A"

"We are definitely not letting you go alone!!!" Hannah screams.
"Yeah! What if 'A' tries to kill you!!" Aria says
"Okay fine, but you will have to wait outside the brew or else A might not show up."
"We would anything to keep you safe!" Hannah says
"Yeah" Aria says agreeing.

"Do you guys want to stay over at my place? Just in case 'A' attacks again?" I ask
"Yeah awesome. I just need to pick up some things at home for tomorrow" Hannah says.
"Ok I will drop u guys off at your houses. Meet me in the Barn at 5:00."
"Okay see you" Aria and Hannah say.

I order one cheese Pizza and a salad for Aria since she's vegetarian. I get some popcorn and bring it into the Barn along with our favourite movie, The Fault In Our Stars. I start to set up pillows and blankets along the floor when I hear a knock at the door. Noel Kahn stands in the doorway holding a large pizza in his hands.
"Since when did you become a Pizza man?"
"I needed the extra cash for the weekend" he answers
I see two figures running up behind him with one bag each.
"Hey Spence, sorry were late!" Hannah says
"It's okay. I was just setting up everything."
I hand him the money for the pizza and say bye.
"So why is Noel delivering pizza?" Aria asks
"He said he needed some extra cash for the weekend." I answer
"Oh" Aria says, while putting the movie in the disc slot.
Hannah starts unpacking the clothes in her bag while I bring the pizza over towards our pillows.
I grab a piece for myself and enjoy the creamy cheese topping, Although there seems to be something different about the pizza. I continue eating and one by one the pizza disappears from everyone eating the slices. The movie eventually ends and The girls drift off into sleep. I better go to sleep soon otherwise I won't have enough rest for school tomorrow. I have my finals tomorrow and more throughout the week since its the last week of school. I crawl into my sleeping bag feeling more tired than usual, I guess it has been really long day with -A's stupid game. My eyes start to close and I soon fall asleep.
