A knock on my door snaps me out of my moment. I turn around to see my mom smiling at me. "I'm heard you from downstairs." She smiles at me "yeah it just, felt right." I say standing up. "Your moving forward I can see that, I wanna give this but I don't want it to set you back." She say holding a medium size square box.

"What is that?" "Umm... it's from Luke, Emily said she found it going threw some of his things." I looked at her with a scared look on my face. "If you want me to hold onto it for a while then-" "no I want it." I say looking at her then the box then back at her.

"Ok..." she says handing me the box and just as she was about to walk out of my room she turned back to face me. "And happy birthday baby." I give her a small smile as she leaves.

I sit down on my bed and then open the box. Inside was a video camera with a sticky note that say play me on top, two cards, and a small box. I pick up the top card first.

Dear Rowen,

I know you told me not to get you anything but I couldn't help it. I know it isn't much but it's the thought that counts right. Thanks for always standing by me and being my biggest support system. Happy Birthday baby. And to many more together.

I really didn't want to cry but I could help it's. I few tears slipped out. I close the card and sit it next to me then pick up the next one.
