It didn't turn out how Todoroki wanted it to. His eyes shot open with a start, sitting straight up. He panted for air, looking around at where he was. He was in his room, but not his room at his childhood home. Todoroki's confusion and worry switched to annoyance. Tossing the blankets aside, Todoroki saw that his clothes had been changed. His school uniform was replaced with a black long sleeved shirt and ash gray sweat pants.

Rolling down his sleeves, Shoto found his wounds on his arms had been stitched closed.
"Kenmei..." Todoroki sighed, closing his eyes briefly. That girl was more stubborn than Bakugou sometimes. So ruthless. Todoroki stood up, but stumbled slightly. Moving past that, Todoroki left his room, hearing familiar voices coming from downstairs. "How did she even know where I was?" Todoroki questioned, gently gripping the railing on the stairs.

"Oi, look who finally decided to wake up, yeah?" Seiteki Sokudo called from the couch, a grinning smirk on his face. His messy spiky hair had an undercut and was naturally brown, but he had dyed it a gray/sliver color. His eyes were hazel, but when using his quirk they turned gold. At the moment, he wore his casual outfit, a long gray long sleeved shirt and black sweat pants.
His quirk was called Friction Run. He could run at top speeds, like the retired Hero Grand Torino, but his quirk did something else. Running for long periods of time allowed Sokudo to control static electricity. Usually, he dragged his feet on the carpet to just shock people. Literally.
But, Sokudo burns calories much faster than normal people with a speed quirk, so he must eat when he gets low on energy.

"Where's Kenmei?" Todoroki questioned, not in the mood for Sokudo's tomfoolery.
"She left a little while ago, apparently we're getting a new client soon."
"Okay..where's Suisei?"
"Where else would she be? She's in the library. She's the one who sewed those cuts for ya."
Todoroki's right hand gripped his left hand tightly, his throat tightening as he remembered the stitches. He quickly turned, going into library.

Classical music played softly, yet loudly, as Shoto walked in. Shelves upon shelves lined up the library, and were filled to the max with books. Todoroki turned to the large aquarium, but it only had one fish inside it. Well..humanoid fish. Suisei had on her headphones inside the tank, swaying her hands about as she listened to the music. A stand in front of her outside the glass, a book opened and on it's 324th page.

Sakana Suisei had a quirk that made her look like a humanoid fish. Sorta like a mermaid, but without a fish tail. Her scaly skin was blue, swirled with sky blue, white, orange, and yellow. All the way from her chest to her crouch was smooth and white, with three pearl like beads on her chest. A dorsal fin was attached that went all the way to the bottom of her shoulder blades.
This amazing quirk that made Suisei appear like this was just simply called Human Fish.
Besides her appearance, this quirk allowed Suisei to swim extremely fast in water, talk to marine life, have a venomous bite, breath underwater, and telepathic abilities.
But, due to being a fish, she must get into water often, and can only walk on land without her water breathers for around five hours.
If she touched you, she could read your thoughts, see your past, and feel your feelings. And if she touched a wall, she could sense if anyone was on the other side. Suisei was also the smartest person Todoroki knew.

Todoroki tapped on the glass, catching the fish woman's attention.
"Suisei, we need to talk." Todoroki's expression was annoyed, which was a rarity that Shoto ever showed any emotion.
"What's wrong?" Susei's voice echoed, like she was in an empty room.
"How did Kenmei, or you, or Sokudo find me?"
"We have a tracker on your phone, and when we saw you weren't going to the dorms after school, we got worried. And for good reason."
Todoroki crossed his arms, looking at the floor, "This isn't what I wanted, you know? I intended to die."
"She didn't."
"She never does...did she say when she would be back? Because I need to leave soon. Unless you all want the police at your door."
