Before the Tournament could commence, each Champion's wand to ensure that it was in full working order and would be able to be used effectively by the Champion during the tasks. , of , presided over a short ceremony in which he tested each wand in turn, examining it for defects and breakages, then performing a simple magic spell to see how it responded. Satisfied that all the wands were in excellent condition, he pronounced that they were fit for the Tournament.

I spoke with Cedric and Harry fast so no one could catch me in there because i wasn't allowed in i encouraged them and wish them luck, then i saw hermione going to harry speaking.

(in this pov harry is not in an argument with ron because ron thinks he could told ron that he is going to put his name even if he didn't..(long story) it's not as in the movies and as for ginny no,she is not like in the series)

then i sat over the bench in grand stand\stage tribune and i couldn't believe it...i mean..dragons?

the first task was descripted as : "The first task is designed to test your daring, so we are not going to be telling you what it is. Courage in the face of the unknown is an important quality in a wizard... very important.... The first task will take place on November the twenty-fourth, in front of the other students and the panel of judges. The champions are not permitted to ask for or accept help of any kind from their teachers to complete the tasks in the tournament. The champions will face the first challenge armed only with their wands. They will receive information about the second task when the first is over. Owing to the demanding and time-consuming nature of the tournament, the champions are exempted from end-of-year tests."

The First Task of the Triwizard Tournament took place on , and the objective was to retrieve a that was being guarded by a dragon — the egg would be located within a clutch of real dragon eggs. Using , a team of wizards, including , transported nesting mothers of different breeds to Great Britain from a in Romania. The dragons were hidden in the to stop students from discovering them.

After lunch on the day of the First Task, the Champions assembled in a near the arena that had been built specifically for the Task. In the tent,
they were informed of the task ahead by and , who would also be acting as judges alongside Professor Dumbledore, Madame Maxime, and Professor Karkaroff.

Each Champion was required to dip their hand into a bag that contained miniature replicas of the various they would face and pull one out. They would then face the real version in the arena. In addition, each miniature dragon had a small number hung around its neck, indicating in which order they were to be faced

tackled the task first, against a . He used a spell to change a rock into a dog to distract the dragon. He was partially successful; the dragon took the bait, and Cedric went for the Golden Egg. Halfway through, the dragon turned its attention back to Cedric, and burned his face. Cedric retrieved the egg, however, and passed the task.

The second was , who faced a Common Welsh Green. She enchanted the dragon to , but while retrieving the golden egg, the dragon snored and let out a jet of flame that set her skirt alight. She extinguished the flames and retrieved her egg. was third, facing a . He used the to blind the dragon and retrieve his egg. However, he got docked points when the dragon stumbled around and smashed half of the real eggs. drew the fiercest of them all, the Hungarian Horntail.

On the advice of Crouch Jnr (disguised as Professor Moody), he used a to bring his to him and manoeuvred past the dragon to retrieve his egg. Though slashed on the shoulder, which took off points, he was successful.

After everything finished i came to cedric and harry and hugged both and i was so happy that they were okay, harry was lucky that he didn't get hurt badly or something

cedric: easy mom

me: don't joke with me,this i serious,you could--

harry: we are okay lizzie

me: shut up you could have died there

draco: yes, sure, harry was just lucky or else i think it would've been better if he got blocked and that dragon

me: shut up! no one asked your opinion malfoy,go back to your-

cedric: lizzie! enough...remember..

i told cedric about what happened but he said he would think of something but we don't want to tell our mum or dad..they can't do anything..

draco : cat cut your tongue diggory?

cedric: you should leave malfoy

me;yeah...you really should..

harry left to hermione, ron and the others and i got with cedric to go back in the arena to search for mum and dad and had some sort of dinner because i was staying for Christmas with cedric so for the ball,we had a short 2 hours dinner where we told stories and spoke about things to catch up,i've also told my mom that is okay and she is still my mom no matter what.

the next few days(9) i've spend studying barely  even speak to anyone..ginny didn't speak to me or even looked me in the eye ,and i thought i will get more closer to george  but i didn't he was always looking at me like friends .Everybody thinks that i am in denial for saying that i am okay ,they think i am not okay.... why would they think that? cedric told them that i am probably in one of my breaks and they shouldn't be near me..i hope it was a joke, because i'm clearly not ,in this time i spent 2 more hours almost everyday with snape he said he favourits me now and he would be able to learn me more after the school ,we actually made some jokes

i never seen snape laughing before..still..he said he won't tell me anything more or what i want to know about the malfoys or other dark things..he doesn't let me deal with dark magic "it's not for you, plus i don't want you to get hurt" i smiled at him because it seemed for him to care and to mean it of course but then he said "because you're my student and  probably Dumbledore is going to think thaat i have something to do with it " to cover the the meaning fact that he cared for a student...isn't that like normal?maybe not for Snape.
