Chapter 3: Get Me Out

Bang...bang...bang...bang in my head.
My body feels numb.
I try and try to pry my heavy eyes open. A light blinds my eyes burning them and sending my head spinning.
I'm in a white room, a dull white room that blinds my eyes more.
I force my head to the side grunting as sharp pains cover my head.
I see three Silhouettes a distance away. I Can't make out what or who they are, my eye sight is still blurred and I still can't feel my body just pains.
I rest my eyes for a while hoping to gain my eye sight back.
I open them slowly and to my surprise I can see much better and I can feel my body a bit more then I could. I feel an object on my face. I look down and I see a mask covering my mouth. I jump up grunting and screaming in pain. I rip the mask of and looking at my hand I see a cannula and I see devises attached to me.
I see Todd run in as I am panting and pulling of all devises attached to me.

Todd's mighty hand push me down, I didn't know he was that strong
"Joe, joe...can we get some help in here" he screams
"Get off me" I yell
I suddenly feel a mighty strength in me. I rise up and jump out the bed. The Room spins as I try to get my balance.
Suddenly a guy In a white coat jumps at me and jabs a painful object in me and pins me to the floor.

"NO NO NO" the tears stroll down my face
I try to get up I try to fight back. Man...I'm too weak, everything goes blurry. I see my wife. Tyana I scream. I see Todd cover his face and turn away. Its hurting him. I feel myself slowly slowly drifting away...
I see a dark room, and I see Tyana sitting there looking at me I run to her but... She is unreachable

I wake up

" Tyana" I scream

I see Todd in front of my eyes. I see his green eyes look grey and red. He had been crying.
I jump and turn and toss but I am strapped to the bed.

"Easy bro easy" Todd says

I calm down and I slowly try to sit up.

"Quite a scare you gave us" Todd continues

I look at him then look away as my eyes well up.
The guy in the White coat walks in.

" Mr Meredith your in spring rose hospital, I hate that I had to give you that anaesthetic... But we had to calm you down, it had some side effects Hence why you saw your Tyana friend...Joe you had suffered one of the worst heart attacks we have seen in a while especially at your age... 30. You are extremely strong.You have to stay here for a while but we will take good care of you" the doctor says

My face is dead, expression less.

"Can I leave now" I say sharply still staring at the wall.

" Well not now but you can leave sooner if you have somebody to stay with, how about your wife?"

" She's dead " I whisper sharply with no eye contact still

" I'm sorry about that Mr Meredith"

" No need, people die, people grieve" I say

The doctor stares at me shockingly, as I can see from the corner of my eye.

I can see Todd giggling to himself... So mischievous he probably has some saline bags hidden in his brief case.

" How about staying at your parents house? "

" Well they have been dead six years so that wouldn't be fun" I said still expression less

" Well...okay how about any siblings?" he asks

" I had a sibling If you could locate the dude I would be grateful"

" Is there any one you can stay with?" he sighs

" The closest person I have is Todd, he is like my brother"

" I wouldn't stay that" Todd says laughing

I break a smile he is the only one who can make me smile. My little bro.

" Well if that's okay with Todd you could stay with him for a while" the doctor said

" Doctor can you give me a second with Todd " I say

" Sure, sure"

He Walked out the room

Todd moves his seat closer to the bed

" What's up big bro, apart from the heart attack and that" he laughed

" Todd I need your help"

" What...what is it Joe" he says nervously

I face him finally with a serious look on my face

" I need you to get me the HELL out of here"
