Hyunjin clearly wasn't in the happiest of moods lately and Seungmin had to deal with that. It wasn't a bad thing, but Seungmin started to notice that Hyunjin talked to nobody when they were alone together, and complaining about seeing people. Felix informed him that it was normal for him and Seungmin believed him.

As they hung out, Seungmin noticed his heart picking up speed when Hyunjin would call him his nickname or when the male hugged him. Seungmin didn't seem to notice that other boy had their eye on him. It didn't go unnoticed by Hyunjin who was clearly upset that his message wasn't getting it through to other people that Seungmin was his. He started to be more stern with Seungmin and eventually giving him rules that he had to follow almost everyday.

Rule 1: make sure you're always next to Jinnie.

Rule 2: never get out of Jinnie's sight.

Rule 3: don't leave Jinnie's side without telling him where you're going.

Rule 4: always give say good morning and good night to Jinnie everyday

Rule 5: never lie

Seungmin was fine with the rules, he actually liked them weirdly enough. Hyunjin enjoyed that Seungmin liked the rules. It meant he didn't have to enforce them a lot.

"Minnie~"

Seungmin looked up from his book and smiles at Hyunjin. "Hey, Jinnie," Seungmin says and Hyunjin took his seat. "How are you?" Hyunjin asks. "I'm fine," Seungmin said and the quickness of the answer didn't sit well with Hyunjin. "Minnie, don't lie," Hyunjin said and Seungmin looked at him. "I don't want to enforce them." Seungmin nodded his head and closed his book after putting his bookmark into his book.

He turned to Hyunjin who had a soft expression on his face. "I'm sorry, Jinnie, I didn't mean to upset you," Seungmin said and Hyunjin smiled. "It's okay, Minnie, tell me what's bothering you?" Hyunjin asks. "I think someone is trying to get me to date them or they're flirting with me," Seungmin answers with full honesty. Hyunjin's soft eyes quickly turned i to furious eyes. "I'm sorry?" Hyunjin said and Seungmin quickly spoke up. "I won't leave you, Jinnie, don't get the wrong idea, please," Seungmin said as he hugged the male tightly.

Hyunjin grinned at Seungmin's sentence. "Of course you wouldn't, puppy," Hyunjin whispered into Seungmin's ear who gripped Hyunjin's sweatshirt. They stayed like that for a couple of minutes until Hyunjin pulled away to look at his puppy. "Let's go to class, mhm?" Hyunjin said and was surprised when Seungmin stopped him from moving. "Can we just...stay here?" Seungmin asks. "Of course, why the sudden feeling?"
