April 6th
I'm pregnant. That's what the test is telling me, well the 10 tests. I'm scared out of my damn mind, and Ant is way too far away from me right now. Well, just at the moment because I'm on a plane right this second just to go to him. I've been freaking out since this morning, I saw the test, booked the flight, and haven't talked to anyone all day. I honestly don't know how to feel. Like I'm happy and sad all at once and I think that's what is freaking me out the most.
I know Ant is going to be overjoyed. I already know that because he wants this for us, and so do I, but...what if my body isn't ready to carry a baby still. I mean it was only six months ago that our first was lost. Is that enough time for my body to I don't know decide to work right?
Here I am stuck in my own head I didn't even realize I was the only one left on the plane until someone spoke to me carefully.
"Ms.? I'm sorry, are you okay? Everyone has gotten off." The man tried to hide his laugh.
"I'm fine, just caught up in my own head. Sorry."
"Oh, don't apologize to me, I'm just another passenger. What brings you to DC?"
"My husband actually."
"A man away on business?"
"Something like that." He sucked air in between his teeth.
"Trying to catch him cheating?" My eyes went wide and a laugh left my chest before I could stop it.
"I'm not trying to sound naïve or anything like that, but my husband would never cheat on me."
"Right, I'm sure he's the one to tell you that right?" I shook my head.
"He has a very big presence in the media. Honestly there are no secrets in our life."
"Sorry to hear that." I shrugged.
"Excuse me." I slid out of my seat and past him to get off the plane. He walked a little faster to catch up to me.
"My names Neil by the way." I nodded but kept walking. "What's yours?"
"Brielle, Brielle Delvecchio." His eyes widened slightly probably recognizing the last name. "Yea, that Delvecchio." I shook my head and kept walking.
"I didn't sign up for that." I stopped and turned to him.
"Excuse me?"
"Uh, so some chick payed me to try to get you to sleep with me." I turned my lip up in disgust. "Hurting my ego with that." He gave me a hurt look and pointed to my face. I covered my mouth.
