Summer's POV
Two months after
"Hey, you should take some rest." Sally, my co-worker said in worry as she was holding my shoulders walked with me to get a seat and rest.
"I'm fine no worries. I'm just a little dizzy." I sighed and sat on the stool.
"I think you should see a doctor. You almost pass out when you puke in the last few days."
I used my fingertips to massage my temples and said lazily "I shouldn't eat that disgusting taco with hot pepper." I groaned "Ughhh after that disgusting tacos I almost overslept in that goddamn full of shit of bathroom."
I gagged when I thought of how disgusting of the bathroom I have spent my entire night. I used my hands to cover my mouth and quickly rush to the toilet and throw up.
I coughed "Jesus Christ! I haven't take any fucking meal still have shit to throw out!"
Sally patted my back lightly "Let's get you to a doctor."
I shook my head "I'm fine, Sally. Look I need this job. I swear I'll rest after my shift is over."
She sighed and gave up "Fine just let me know if you need help, okay?"
I waved her off and nodded my head "Yea, now go! Before you get caught by big mama."
She laughed, "Yes, I gotta go. Please just call me." She stared at me and waited for my response expectedly.
I waved at her off again as she briskly walked out to work. I sighed in irritated and I was getting nauseous and dizzy, but I can't rest. Because I need fucking money to leave this goddamn place.
Be patient, I just need to work hard for a few days then I could go back. I couldn't wait for that, I keep counting down the day I could get back home and the first person I wanted to see was Charli.
I don't care she would beat me up when we met after how terrible I treated her, I miss her so badly. It was worth it if I could at least get an embrace from her after she beat me up.
I wouldn't care more about whether I would be forgiven. Somehow, I was half relieved that I already get rid of the nightmares and that bastard.
If things could be easier I should back to my hometown instead of moving to this town after I was interrogated by the officers. Even though that bastard was already dead, but I still worried his rival or the mafia would find me since I was his closest relationship person.
Thankfully, that bastard got left something valuable in the motel before he left. That money was just enough for me to shift to this town. However, I was glad I almost made it and I could take a flight to go back very soon after I had been worked my ass off.
When I stood up, everything turned black as I felt my back hit on the floor. I heard the faint voices of gasp and murmurs surround me.
**********
My eyes fluttered open and I felt the sickness of my stomach was gone. While my vision was getting clear, I realize I was in an unfamiliar place which was all in white.
I rolled my eyes and sighed about the place I was around. I definitely was admitted to the hospital which looks could spend a week of my pay. Goddammit! I might have to postpone my flight again.
"Hey, you awake." I turned to my right side, I saw Sally smiled widely at me and she looks adorable.
She is a pretty ginger girl with an innocent look. We very fast get along with each other because of our ages, she is only an age younger than me. Also, we like each other very much, we were getting close and I treat her as a sister.
