Chapter 8-{Battle Of The Bands}

"It's been a while since that bell rang...can we go yet?!"Tomika asked

They were going to sign up for battle of the bands.Mr Finn was keeping them back to make sure nobody was there

"Not yet."Mr Finn responded "Signing up for battle of the bands is huge.We have to sneak out,so we don't arouse suspicion."

"Keeping us back like this arouses even more suspicion."Y/N said

"I'll scout the hall."Mr Finn said

He then went out into the hallway and back flipped and rolled back in.

"Anyone there?"Zack asked

"I don't know.Happened so fast.Also I rolled."

"If this is just signing up for the audition why do we all have to go?"Tomika questioned

"Because we are a band!"Mr Finn explained "we do things together!Plus my van might break down and I need you guys to push."

"Okay,let's move out.Gogogogo."Mr Finn pushed

They made it to the place and it looked amazing.

Y/N was wearing a hoodie as videos of him performing went viral so he was bound to be noticed.

"Woah."

"Everybody.Stay calm,I'm kind of a big deal here so don't be supprised if I get mobbed."Mr Finn explained

"Excuse me.Are you Dewey Finn?"A woman asked

"You know it."Mr Finn responded

"Security!"

A security officer came and knocked Mr Finn to the ground.

"Who let this guy in?Dewey Finn is banned from this club."A guy asked

"What?Why?"

"Last time you played here you started a real riot."The guy explained

"I don't have control over the audience."Mr Finn defended

"You sang a song called let's start a riot!"The guy scolded

"Wow,I didn't know how much competition there'd be."Zack said "some of these guys look serious"

"Yeah."Lawrence agreed

A guy was testing his guitar

"Not bad."Zack commented

"Not bad?What does a little kid like you know?"

"You're right.Can I borrow that?"

He then played the electric guitar so well that the guy just walked off.

"You destroyed him!"Lawrence exclaimed

"My parents told me if I'm good at something I should always try to be the best."Zack said

"My parents raised me to be happy if I come in third."

Over with Y/N
Y/N was being teased by some guy for being just a little kid.He then snatched his guitar and played better than that guy ever had.

"Dude...I'm...im out."

"Hey,heard your rift.You were amazing.Hoe about you join my band?"

"Keep dreaming."

The guy then went over to Zack

"Hey.I heard your rifting.I'm Justin,from night lizard."He introduced

"Zack,School Of Rock."

"Is that your leader?"He referred to Mr Finn

"Please!Please!Please!"Mr Finn begged
