When the duo returned to the waiting room, 5 of them were still sitting there, unmoving while waiting for the doctor.

Hours later, a doctor walked towards them.

"Are you guys family of Kwon Soonyoung?"

"We are his bandmates. And this is his half-brother." Scoups said while Samuel visibly flinched at the word 'half-brother'.

"Not to worry, he did not get injured that bad because something had lessened his impact. He has quite severe traumatic brain injury, but he should wake up in a few days. The gash on the bottom of his head that was bleeding just now has stopped bleeding. It was caused by the wires and headset on him. Luckily, the in-ears did not injure his eardrums. His left leg also got twisted. He cannot do any form of vigorous activity for probably 3 months so his leg can heal properly."

"Thank you doctor."

"You guys can see him in room 1010. Its the top level reserved specially for idols like you so that you don't need to be worried by reporters and fans as it is under high surveillance."

"Thank you." Everyone bowed at the doctor before practically racing to the lift. 

'Room 1010' the sign read. Scoups slowly pushed open the door to the room. 

On the bed lay an unconscious soonyoung, eyes closed, chest steadily rising up and down. Attached to him was a heart monitor, a blood drip. He had a brace on his leg and a bandage behind is head.

Everyone did not know what to do and just stood there, silent, looking at their fellow bandmate who was injured. Suddenly Samuel went over and gasped.

"W-Where is the silicone covering his face?"

"Here." Jihoon brought the slightly bloody piece from his bag. 

Shit. All of them looked at each other, as if able to read each others thoughts.

"Guys, don't worry too much. Let's tell the others we are staying here for the night. There is a rest room down the hall probably for idols to stay over."

Everyone followed scoups down to the said room, however there were only 2 bunk beds.

"Hannie and I can share one." Joshua said. 

"You guys can take the beds, I can take the couch in hoshi's room." Scoups said.

"Wait, where is jihoon?" 

At Jeonghan's realisation, everyone walked back to the hospital room to see jihoon cuddled against soonyoung, being extra careful of the injuries on him. Everyone cooed at the cute sight.

"Let's sleep, we still have a long day tomorrow."

"Is it true that hoshi is unconscious?"

"Is it true someone tampered with he cloth he was supposed to use?"

"Where are Jeonghan and Chan?"

"How long are you guys going to have a hiatus because of this."

An onslaught of questions were sent by the reporters, who were shouting to try and get their questions answered by the idol group.

"I'm sorry, but if the questions keep coming like that, we won't be able to answer anything." Scoups said to try and quieten the reporters after being frustrated at the constant questions for the past 10 minutes.

After the volley of questions stopped, scoups said "Our fellow member, performance team leader hoshi is currently unconscious after yesterday's incident. We know who had tampered with the performance, but be rest assured that the authorities are talking to the culprit. For Chan and Jeonghan, they are currently in the hospital, taking care of some issues and to take care of hoshi if he wakes up today."

"Will everyone go on hiatus? Or only hoshi?"

"We will stop Al1 promotions as all of us are currently at risk of being hurt during our promotions and we do not want another injury among us. The incident also hurt the other 12 of us emotionally, so we are taking a break for now. We do not know how long the break will be. For hoshi's case, he has to rest for at least 3 months for his leg to recover. We hope that you can continue giving us the love and support we have been getting." Jihoon said.

"To all our carats, sorry for stopping promotions but it is the best for all of us. We may or may not continue promotions and have a comeback later this year, depending on the situation but your love and support is very much needed during this unfortunate time. Thank you."

"What caused the accident?"

"The tampering of the cloth in which he was using caused it. Luckily, the culprit did not do it to the other 3 members of the performance unit too." Jun said, trying to keep calm as he knew that some of his fellow members were breaking down internally.

"Is he in Seoul National University Hospital."

"I'm sorry but nothing about where he resides now shall be told, please do not ask this sort of questions." Our manager cut in.

More questions came in but there were many disturbing ones which triggered the 10 of them, but they tried to stay calm.

"This has been seventeen, Thank you."

Finally, after an hour, the 10 of them left the stage and hurried out before the reporters could fire anymore questions.
