9: Disaster
I moaned and stretched out, ignoring the fading protests of my sore lower back. I got up and looked around and Kale was asleep next to me. I smiled and got out of bed, before I could even put my second foot down, an arm wrapped around my waist and yanked me back into bed.
“Where are you going?” Kale playfully growled at my neck.
My stomach answered by growling.
“Since you are draining my bodily fluids, I need some replenishment,” I complained.
Kale chuckled and kissed me on the lips softly. He reached out and pulled a rope and then went back to cuddle against me.
Suddenly the door opened and Madge wheeled in a cart full of food and my stomach growled at the sight. Kale chuckled and nuzzled my neck.
“Can I eat, please,” I whined.
Kale groaned and slowly let me go. I grabbed the cover and wrapped it around my body. I walked toward the cart and start eating whatever I could get my hand on. I was done in ten minutes. I burped and drank the last of the orange juice and then walked back into the bed. I patted my stomach.
“That was good,” I moaned.
“You pig,” Kale said chuckling and he straddled me.
He bent down and kissed me, softly at first but it hard harder and passionate. I felt Kale’s hands rubbing down my body. He gripped my growing hard on. I moaned pleasurably.
There was a knock on the door. Kale growled loudly. “SOMEONE BETTER BE DYING!”
“No, sir, but the winds are here with their report,” Madge said softly.
“Oh, sorry Madge,” Kale said getting off of me.
I whined when Kale got off the bed.
Kale smirked, “Get dress, you are coming with me.”
I moaned and grabbed the clothes that Kale had in his hands and after I was dress, Kale yanked me to his chest and the darkness swirled around making the room disappeared and another room appeared. I saw four swirling columns and when they saw Kale they bowed.
“What is your report?” Kale commanded.
“Nothing in the East.”
“Nothing in the North”
“Nothing in the South.”
“The hourglass is fracturing in the west, something dark is pounding at the fracture from the inside.” The west wind said.
Kale swore loudly and started to pace the room.
“I want all of you keep an watchful eye on this situation if anything starts to get bad or gets through let me know immediately! Go!” Kale commanded.
The winds vanished and Kale turned and looked at me.
“This is not good.” He mumbled.
“What is not good?” I asked.
“Lucifer is trying to break through the hourglass. Lucifer the actual devil, wanted to control all of underworld including Elysium. It’s my heritage that defies Lucifer’s control over Elysium. It was promised by God that my family would the Elysium despite Lucifer’s protest. Now Lucifer seems to grown in power and intends to defy the promise and take over Elysium.” Kale said.
“Oh… well we best not let that happen?” I said utterly confused.
“You don’t understand do you?”
“Not a word.”
“Follow me, I’ll show you what I mean,” he said walking.
I shrugged and followed him.
