Lumine X Kody

3rd person POV

kody found himself yawning as he slowly opened his eyes and squinted when the light that was just barely pricing though the shut curtains where coincidently in his eyes. he sat up and squinted as he let his eyes adjust to the light around him, he stretched as he sat up in bed and hummed in satisfaction. kody looked around to see no one but himself in his room 'lumine must have already got up..' he thought to himself before throwing his covers off himself and slipping out of bed letting his bare feet gently glide into the cold floors beneath him.

He walked over to my dresser and slip on a his usual casual clothes and with another yawn and a rub of his eyes then walked out of my room and held onto the railing as he walked down the stairs, and then into the kitchen to see his mother at the dinning table talking to Lumine.

"Ah, Kody!" The female said with a smile on her face, and he just have her a sleepy nod. She gestured a seat next to her for him to sit and Kody was weirdly almost offended, this was his house anyways. He lived here his whole life without her and only now she walks in and started to offer him things that were already his? Needless to stay he still walked over but didn't sit in the seat she gestured for, rather the one next to Lumine then her.

"That's dads seat" He said plainly. It was, they has a seating arrangement. Not compulsory but over time it's just worked a little like that. Kody sat back in his seat a little and let his hands slip into his pockets as he sat back and looked at the women who seems to resemble to him slightly but not nearly enough as she felt she should. He was irritated for the main part for now but he wasn't going to voice that, mainly because he just woke up and didn't really want to go around starting arguments.

"Oh, I see." she cleared her throat and now a certain awkwardness filled the air, clearly holding her by the throat and strangling her. Now she looked nervous, unsure of what to say and Kody wouldn't give into any of this. kody kept on giving her an intimidating glare, though he wasn't doing it on purpose, well for now. This was going to take some getting used to..
