"He's been like this for the past two days?" I overheard Ashton say to Michael.

"Yeah I don't get it... Maybe she was banging someone else?" Luke chimed in.

Oh and don't you wish it was you? I thought. God I felt like throwing up.

"Dude! He can probably hear you, so shut it!" Michael warned.

I lazily walked out of my room and into the kitchen. This is the first time in 48 hours since I'd seen light, so naturally, I made some sort of hissing noise and covered my face with my sleeve.

"Guys! He's alive! Cal's alive!" Michael shrieked.

"Get dressed kid, we're goin out." Luke said with a hand on my shoulder.

I looked in the mirror as I applied the last bit of mascara to my lashes and I half-smiled.

"You can do this Daisy, it's just a party." I mumbled.

"YO DAZE! ARE YOU REDAAAY?!" Amethyst yelled from across our small flat.

I walked out and she erupted with laughter.

"You're wearing that?"  She snorted.

I looked at my attire in the mirror. while she wore a black short pleated skirt, and a shirt that was more like a bra than a shirt at all, I wore loose ripped jeans, a tank top with a smiley face on it, and some white converse.

"whatever Daze, you don't have time to change, lets go!

The place was packed when I walked in and the stench of drugs was at its high. I went to the kitchen and was greeted by Bethany, a girl I used to date. Of course she was shitfaced, it was only seven but that didn't matter to her. She loved to party.

"Oh my god! It's Calum!" She shrieked, quickly pulling me onto a hug.

"Hey Beth." I mumbled the best I could, her arms squeezing my torso slowly suffocating me. Finally she let go and took my hand.

"Cal." She tried looking at me seriously. "You know I miss-" She stopped talking and her eyes became wide as she started to vomit. Everywhere.

"Aah shit!" I yelled as she was puking. She did it all over my shoes! These were new!

"w-wow, I'm so sorry Cal, I gotta go." She slurred.

I was left in the kitchen with puke on my shoes. Alone.

"Are you fucking kidding me?" Amethyst sighed, as her car slowly stopped at the side of the road. I checked my phone and the time read 6:53. I locked my phone quickly as I remembered my lockscreen was Calum and I. I tried to take a cute picture but he crossed his eyes and put his finger on my nose making me look like a pig. God it feels like its been so long...

"I don't give a shit where we are, if it's supposed to storm tonight, why wouldn't you come help us!" Amethyst screamed into the phone. She turned to me giving me a half-hearted smile as she went into conversation with whoever was on the phone with her. I took the chance to text Calum. he probably didn't want to hear from me, but I wanted to hear from him.

Hey... What are you doing tonight?

He texted back at 7:05.

Am's car. broke down. So we're stuck here for the night. ) :

His name along with his picture flashed on my screen, and I answered.

"Hello?"

His voice filled my ears as he spoke, "Hey Daisy. Where are you? I could easily come pick you up right now, y'know."

"Oh, no no Cal it's fine. Its only for a night we could just sleep in her car." I really didn't want to make him do anything else for me.

"Hey Daze!" Amethyst called to me, "I'm gonna walk down this street and see if I can find any signs or anything!" She threw me her keys and started down the street.

"Daisy, just quit. tell me where you are. I'm coming."

I looked around for any sign of where I was, but here was no street signs anywhere. No wonder Am left. "I-I don't know where I am though..." I sighed.

"Look, I'll figure something out, I gotta go Daze, bye."

I was left on an abandoned New York street. Alone.
