Calum.

I unlocked my phone and went to Daisy's instagram, and just as I thought, she posted a picture. She always posts on here, and when I said that I'd come up with something, I wasn't lying. I went to her photo map on her profile and put the address of where she was into my gps. Sounds creepy, but hey, I'd do anything for this girl. She practically had me wrapped around her finger.
She was practically 20 miles away from the house, but her apartment was only six from here? I wonder if they took a wrong turn...
I turned on the ignition to my car and followed my gps. after about ten minutes, it started to rain. The roads became slippery as I raced to go get Daisy. I grew worried as I wondered what she was doing.
Five minutes passed and I was sweating. I hadn't had a panic attack for two years, so I doubted that was it. I put my high beams on and I saw a faint blur. Turning my wipers higher, I realized it was Daisy.
I screeched to a stop and practically fell out of my car running up to her.
"Daisy! What the fuck why aren't you in Amethyst's car!" I yelled over the thunder. She just looked down at her sopping wet feet. I didn't seem to understand.
"These are the wrong keys. This is the house key, her keys are in the car..." She trailed off. She blushed as she grew embarrassed about the whole matter. Now all I was wondering is why we were still out here.
"Let's go back to my car, get in the back seat." I instructed. She nodded and followed me. she got into the back seat as I went to the trunk grabbing a douffle bag. Running back into the car, I searched through the douffle sweat pants and a ripped up shirt.
"Here babe, take these." I said, handing her the clothes and turning away. As she was getting dressed I realized how beautiful she looked. Without makeup in the pouring rain, clothes clinging to her perfectly curved figure. I couldn't beli-
"Calum... Uh, Am texted me and said she found a girl with kids who brought her back, and that were going to get her car tomorrow." She explained, combing her fingers through her hair.
"Will you come over?" I asked. I don't know why I asked. Well, I do, but I don't know how I managed to say that without messing it up or woosing out.
"I-I uh..." She sputtered.
Well fuck Cal, look what you've done. You creeped her out to the max.
I tried quickly to redeem my offer with, "That is, if you'd like." But she was already saying, "Actually yeah, I will." With that heart-stopping smile that always game me butterflies and chills. Her dimples were right at the corners of her lips, and her eyes crinkled. It really was beauty at its finest.

By the time we got back to my place it was nearly nine. It was all quiet so I assumed they were all still at the party. I sent a group text telling them not to come because I had someone over, and the only one who objected was Luke, who was soon overruled by Ashton.
"Hey uh, I'm gonna go make food, you want anything?" I asked.
"Juice boxes, make it snappy." She said sarcastically.
I made my way back and she was just sitting, watching a movie on her phone.
"I have a Tv for that, you know." I chuckled. She looked adorable just sitting there in the criss-cross way. She looked up at me and gave me a puzzled look and locked her phone, looking into my eyes.
"Cal... Why did you do that that one day at the record store? Why did you not want Luke to get me? Why did you want me to yourself..."
I looked at her speechless. She was so unpredictable... I just sighed and took her hand in mine, intertwining our fingers and speaking again.
"Look, Daisy, J don't know what it was about you, but the moment I saw you, you did something to me. I couldn't explain exactly what it was but it was like I was on fire. I was so bothered by the fact I didn't know you, and even more by how you weren't mine. Ive never felt this way, not even with Rose..." I trailed off, tears threatening to spill from the rims of my eyes. She took her hand away from mine and stood up.
"Calum, you're wrong, about me. I'm not great enough to make someone feel those things. I'm not capable of it. I'm not capable of making people fall in love or loving someone. I'm not good at these kinds of things." She was shaking and I was confused and angry. I was trying so hard, why didn't she get that?
"Daisy, who fucked you up that bad? Why is it that you push everyone who could help you away? Why won't you let me in?" I pleaded. I ran my fingers through my hair and sighed.
"I don't know." She answered. tears starting to pool over.
I exhaled and turned to her.
"Why can't you trust that I won't leave?"
"It's just how I am okay! I wasn't good enough for my parents so they split up and fought over who didn't want custody over me. They didn't want me Calum! And then, I wasn't good enough for Brianna. My best friend before Amethyst. She was better at everything to the point where she thought I wasn't good enough to be friends with her. She left too. And after that, there was a guy. I wasn't good enough again so he cheated on me, and did so for three months until I found out." She was sobbing and this point and I pulled her to me, her cheek gently resting on my shoulder, her heavy breathing beginning to slow.
"But I'm not them." Was all I said.
She looked at me with her red, wet eyes. Her lips were swollen from the crying as she let one more tear fall, before smiling just the tiniest bit, and then connecting her lips with mine.
She tasted like mint gum and vanilla, and her lips were warm and soft. It felt like electricity was coursing through my veins with every second longer the kiss lasted.
I thought two things.
1: Holy shit.
2: This is waaay better than getting puked on by Bethany.
