Marley's POV
"How could she do that to us?" Tina asked angry.
"I can't believe she was like that" Artie said.
"Guys, shut up." I said loudly, fed up with everyone talking bad about her. Everyone stopped talking and looked at me.
"Now I know that she's leaving us to go to the enemy, but is it really her fault? If you found the love of your life, wouldn't you leave? Isn't that what you did Blaine for Kurt? And you know what? You should all be ashamed really. Didn't you see how happy she was? She hasn't seen him in two years, and as she was telling me, never thought that she'd see him again. Calysta's one of our best friends, and to be honest, I still trust her even if she was in our glee club to not tell him. And do you know how hard it's going to be for her? To be around us all the time and not be so excited like we usually are about her new routines and dance steps? She's being a true friend to us, and clearly none of you are being one to her." I sai, which shut them up, and all of them gazed at me.
"I agree with Marley. We can't do anything, but we shouldn't shun Calysta and make her feel like our enemy just because she's going to be with the love of her life. She loves him, and we have to support it. And Im sure that the warblers weren't going to just give up that trophy without some help from someone." Finn said, backing me.
"I agree too. I did the same thing with Kurt, and the warblers understood that I was in love with Kurt so they supported me, despite them wanting me to come back now that he isn't here anymore. It was easier for me caz I was trasnferring schools. She can't" Blaine said standing up and coming up to where I stood.
"Same. She's happy with him." Jake said coming up.
"One less voice to compete with" Kitty said, as I just rolled my eyes.
Soon everyone came up except for Ryder. He looked at all of us and sighed. We all knew he liked her.
"I'm not happy but if she's happy, then I guess I'll be happy for her" he said, and we all hugged him knowingly.
Calysta's POV
It was the day of the show, and I was incredibly nervous.
I had a small bouquet of flowers backstage from Hunter as well as a picture of us together taped in the corner. I had a picutre of the glee club there as well, as they were and still would be very close to me. I hated having to go to the Warblers and betray them, but they had to understand. they just had to. this was the love of my life that I was talking about.
"Calysta! You're up!" one of the girls said to me, and I hurried out on my ballet pointe shoes, taking one quick look in the mirror before heading out on stage.
I lookd like the prima donna. my blonde hair was set in a tight ballet bun, with the jeweled crown a top of my head. My makeup made me look like a china doll. and my pinkdancing costume was gorgeous.
I took a deep breath, and waited for my cue behind the curtains to step on stage.
Hunter's POV
I sat there, watching my girl glide and float across the stage, so gracefully and eloquent. There was nothing to describe her beauty. Calysta was perfect. Beyond perfect. Next to me were her parents and Trish, who had a small tears in their eyes. She was going to be a star, a shining brilliant star.
"Isn't she beautiful?" her mother whispered to me.
"Absolutely gorgeous" I whispered back to her.
"I'm so happy you two are finally back together and marrying eachother" she whispered, smiling at me. I nodded
"Thank you, Im happy too" I replied, and finished watching Calysta on stage.
Calysta's POV
I finished the show, and when I went up for bows, I looked out towards the audience and heard a loud cheer, from a special group of people that held a bunch of signs. Those people, they were my old friends from Glee Club at McKinley: Artie, Ryder, Marley, Finn, Jake, and the whole gang.
"You did amazing" Marley said, as she ran over to hug me tightly.
"thanks" I said, almost breathless from the tight hug.
"We came to say we're sorry. We should have supported you instantly. You're a part of our family" Artie apoligized. I smiled down at him.
"I forgive you" I said, hugging everyone.
"you were perfect" Ryder whispered into my ear when I hugged him.
"Thank you, and I am sorry" I said, after I pulled away, and we all stood in a little group.
"Thank you so much everyone for coming" I said, smiling at everyone.
"you did amazing" Hunter said, as he came over, with another bouquet of flowers, and sweeping me into a passionate kiss, bending me backwards. I smiled, as I wrapped my arms around his neck to not fall backwards.
"Guys, let me formally introduce you to Hunter" I introduced, a little warily. hunter smiled his charming smile, and shook hands with everyone. I think they liked him a bit better, or atleast I hoped so.
