Double update!
Reader POV (1 week later)
I walked into Itachiyama Institute and my new friend Komori Motoya escorted me with his cousin Sakusa Kiyoomi.
I didn't bother telling them about what I went through at Inarizaki.
"So..." Motoya leaned closer to me as he helped me find my locker. "Are you..."
"I don't want to let anyone know where I am."
He shrugged. "Alright. Oh, and Kiyoomi is in your class. Treat her well, Kiyoomi!"
Sakusa looked at me with slight interest. "Hm..."
I rolled my eyes. "Motoya, you're standing too close to me. I'm going to need sanitizer or something..."
And that made Sakusa's hormones start to rage.
He opened his bag. "Palms out."
I did as he ordered and he put sanitizer on my hands.
"Thanks."
"Hm...maybe you're not so bad. I suppose this should be fine as long as you don't bother me in class like some girls do," he said.
My aunt got me a new phone, specifically a flip phone since she knew they didn't have locator technology or face cameras if someone hacked into my system and tried to see my face as I was using a phone.
Yes I did miss my smartphone, but if I meant that I was safe from those bastards, I didn't care.
I walked behind Sakusa and he glanced at me.
"The teacher doesn't want us wearing masks in class, so you'll have to keep it somewhere."
"Fuck...it's not like it's preventing us from learning anything," I grumbled.
Sakusa smiled a bit as he removed his mask once he took a seat. "Yeah. Maybe we'll be friends. You seem like a cool girl."
"You're not so bad yourself, Sakusa Clorox Kiyoomi."
"Clorox Kiyoomi?"
I shrugged. "Would you rather be called Coronavirus Kiyoomi?"
"This isn't 2020 chile-"
He leaned back. "I suppose I shouldn't be complaining too much. Motoya has me saved as Oomi-Oomi. Reminds me of some piss-haired dude from Inarizaki."
"Wait...do you mean Miya Atsumu?"
"Yeah. He's one of the presidents of the student council," I said. "And I hate everyone there."
He nodded. "Me too. But Kita Shinsuke is alright since he actually knows how to clean things properly."
No, all of them are fucked-up.
Don't even bother trying to fight Sakusa on it.
It's better for him not to know my troubles.
After all, Ji-yeon and her sisters are going to help me since no one else will.
The teacher made me sit by the window next to Sakusa at the back of the room.
He and I exchanged contact information as we talked more during discussion time.
"You're not so bad," he said. "Come eat with Toya and I at lunch."
I accepted his offer happily.
Maybe I can just forget about those boys.
After all, they're in the Kansai prefecture and we're all the way in Tokyo.
"Ugh...was I supposed to take out the trash this morning?" Toya grumbled.
Sakusa frowned. "Yeah. And you also forgot to pack your lunch."
"That's fine," I said. "Ji-yeon made extra food for me so you can eat it."
I bit my lip as I thought about the last time I shared a meal with people aside from Ji-yeon and her sisters.
That was last week when I escaped the Miya mansion at Christmas.
And that was the last time Kei was alive...
I brushed off the sadness as it would only destroy me.
I needed to keep going, to burn brighter so I could someday avenge him.
Flashback
"Ji-yeon?"
The Korean woman turned around with a bowl of yakisoba in her hands. "Hm?"
"I want to avenge Kei and Rika's deaths."
The room became quiet.
Roman and River looked at each other with worry.
"Are you sure you want to?" River asked.
"It's the only way."
Ji-yeon sat down and folded her hands on the table. "What you are asking to do is difficult. You won't be able to take them down now-"
"I know. I'm asking to join Blood Union."
The three Song sisters shook their heads.
"No."
"Why not-"
Roman shivered. "It's far too dangerous. It's better to live your life outside of the duties of a mafia. It's not worth it. Trust us on this."
"But maybe when you're older, we can rethink this choice."
End of Flashback
I knew that even though I had saved myself from them, it was just the beginning.
Someday, we would all meet again at a crossroads and I would be forced to face them.
And spill their blood for killing my family members.
Atsumu POV
I flicked Kita's hair, frowning.
"God, life is so boring here without our pet."
He turned off the projector that was displaying the time Samu and I took (y/n) for the first time.
"We still haven't found her," Kosaku and Ginjima reported.
Kita rubbed his temples and moved away from me. "Well, it's not like she can fucking leave the earth. We'll find her one way or another."
"Maybe. And when she finally sees us again..." Akagi held up a certain heart-shaped necklace that he stole from Semi Eita's grave. "She'll wish she never fucking left us."
Samu shuddered. "You should've seen our parents. They were so mad."
"Yeah...but it's not our fault the bitch did that," Ojiro shrugged.
"Hm...I'm still in shock your parents agreed to help us find Tsukishima (y/n)," Omimi commented. "I didn't think they would."
"How could my father not?" I said. "That's how he got my mother to marry him and have us."
The others shrugged.
"I suppose so," Kita sighed. "But I really miss her. And my grandmother wanted to meet her."
All of us were sharing a common thought.
Get Tsukishima (y/n) back at any costs.
