//Quick little author's note. For starters, I'd like to apologize for my face on this chapter, but I love the edit that I did and thought it kind of fit in with the chapter. Secondly, I apologize for the wait, I've been busy with school, my band, and work. I hope to start updating at least once a week.//

Jessica's POV:

She had finally made it back to the city and went to find Andy. Running to his door, she knocked and stood there, catching her breath and waiting for the door to open. After it opened, she stood up straight and looked at him "They're alive. It looks like there was little to no damage done to them, which is a miracle. I promised them that you'd be there soon.  She smiled and Andy grinned, running past her to inform his friends and get their armies ready.

Ashley's POV:

"Don't worry, my love. Andy will be here soon. Just rest for a bit." he said as he smiled down at the female that was laying on his chest, slowly drifting to sleep. It was so dark in the base, they couldn't tell day from night, or how long they had been in there. As long as his princess wasn't hurt, he didn't care. He couldn't help but wonder what that light was or why F.E.A.R. wanted her, but he knew she couldn't be left alone again. He wouldn't let them take her again.

(Princess) Ashley's POV:

"Hey, Ashes?" she asked, the male looking down at her "you never did tell me what you meant earlier... Why didn't you think I was going to wake up? Did something happen? All I remember is you and Blackmore fighting, and it's all blank up until I woke up... " she said softly and he looked away "I don't know how to explain it to you... " he softly said to her, pulling her into his chest and having her rest a bit, his arms around her tightly.

Andy's POV:

"Alright, so we all know the plan, right?" he asks his 3 friends, who all nod. They walk to the armory to go get suited up for the battle ther were sure was to come before they were able to help their captured comrades. He looked over at the door, as Jessica came in "Do you think I could help?" she asked softly "I know, usually, you wouldn't want for me to go, but I get the feeling that this is way bigger than any of us really know..". Andy looked at her and nodded slightly "That will help a lot, actually. You're the only one who knows exactly where they are in the base. I never would have asked you, but if you want to go, I'm not going to stop you." Andy said half-heartedly. Despite knowing, he was still uneasy about the mission and feared for the two's lives. "Andy?" Jessica asked softly, looking at him "I have a plan that I think might work, unless you already have one." She said, Andy looking at her "What is it?" he asked as he looked at her, a grin appearing on her face

Jessica Control's POV:

"Well, here's what I was thinking" she started, grabbing a nearby piece of paper and pencil, drawing a quick diagram of the base and marking an X on one of the spots that seemed to be cells "This is where they are. From what I've seen, it's pretty heavily guarded, but, if you guys cause a distraction outside for long enough, I can sneak in and get them out. It's not going to be easy and I might need a weapon, but I believe I can do it if you'll give me the chance." she said, marking her plans on the paper in front of her. Andy nodded slightly and looked at her "Let's get you into some light armor and get you a weapon. On the way there, you'll stay in the middle, so it's easier for you to sneak out of formation and get in, undetected." He said with a slight smile, Jake, Jinxx and CC all nodding

(Princess) Ember's POV:

The remaining 3 princesses all sat in a room together, silent. They were all afraid of losing their sister, and for what it would be like for the boys if they lost one of their own. Looking around, she finally spoke up "Girls, the guys are going to find them. I don't know if anyone told you, but Jinxx said that they were still alive as of last night. Let's stay positive. They'll be back soon with both of them, I'm sure of it." She announced with a fake smile, trying to be strong, so her sisters wouldn't have to worry for much longer

Ashley's POV:

It had been a long silence. He hated the look on his love's face. She was scared and confused. He still hadn't answered her question from earlier. He looked at her and softly said "My love? Are you awake?". She nodded slightly and fixed her crystal blue eyes upon his "What is it?" she asked softly, clinging onto him slightly, for comfort in the cold cell. "You know how earlier you had asked what had happened?" he asked softly, earning a nod from her. "You had been out for nearly 2 weeks. When Blackmore and I were fighting, something happened to you. Something I can't quite explain. There was a large flash of light and Blackmore was pushed off of me, knocked out cold for several hours, and you killed 4 F.E.A.R. soldiers. I think that might be what F.E.A.R. is after." he explained softly and she looked up at him, a scared expression on her face.

(Princess) Ashley's POV:

'A bright light? I killed people? I mean, horrible people, but people none the less... What am I? Am I a monster?' she thought to herself and her eyes went wide. She weakly backed away from the man that had been holding her, and he looked at her sympathetically "What's wrong, my love?" he asked as he tried to get close to her "Please stay back...." she softly begged as she looked at her hands, curling herself up into the feetle position "I don't want to accidentally hurt you..." she started to explain "My mother once told me of this. She had the same power.. She called it a curse. She once told me that I, too would have the same power, but never had the chance to explain it. She was going to teach me to use it properly, but... She was taken before she could do that. She once almost killed Father because of it... So, please... Stay away...". He frowned, looking at how scared she was.

Blackmore's POV:

"Heh, good job. You finally figured it out, didn't you, princess? You figured out the monster you really are? The reason your parents kept you away from your sister's as a child and why I could never bring myself to love you?" He said with a slight snicker, looking back at the two of them. Ashley glared his way and then looked back at the cowering girl "You're not a monster, Ashy..." He started to say before being cut off "Stop lying to her. You know just as well as I do the power she holds and the unstable conditions she can use it in. She's nothing but a monster, lover boy. That's why I sold her and her mother out years ago. And why they're all here now."
