My heart was racing as Lucas's hand reached for my shorts. As much as I wanted him, I couldn't let this happen here, in the living room where anyone could walk in at any moment.
"Not here," I said firmly, pushing his hand away.
But Lucas wasn't one to give up easily. He picked me up in a bridle-style carry, a move that made my heart flutter and my stomach twist with anticipation. We both knew what was about to happen, but we couldn't risk getting caught by our parents.
Without a word, he carried me to his room, the tension and desire between us growing with each step. But just as we were about to give in to our passion, the doorbell rang, jolting us back to reality.
We froze, the sound of our parents' voices reaching us from the other side of the door. Our moment of intimacy was gone, replaced by a sudden rush of fear and panic. We quickly dressed ourselves and opened the door, hoping to hide the passion that had been ignited between us just moments before.
"We have a dinner tonight with some friends of ours," my mom announced as she walked into the living room, catching Lucas and me pretending to watch TV. I felt a knot form in my stomach, knowing I would have to socialize and pretend everything was okay.
"I'm not going to come...you three can go," I replied, wanting to avoid the discomfort of forced conversation.
"No, you are coming with us," my dad spoke up, surprising me with his sudden engagement. It had been a while since we had even talked, and I didn't know how to respond.
"Yes, dad," I conceded, feeling a pang of guilt for not being more enthusiastic about spending time with family and friends. I excused myself and retreated to my room to get ready for the dinner, but I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that lingered in my chest.
Choosing an outfit suddenly felt like a daunting task, as I struggled to find something that would make me feel comfortable and confident amidst the tension that hung in the air.

As we arrived at the hotel, the air was thick with anticipation and excitement. I could feel the butterflies in my stomach, nervous about meeting my dad's friends. As we approached the table, the group stood up to greet us.
As soon as we approached, the woman couldn't help but comment on my appearance, making me feel self-conscious. "Oh my god, you have a gorgeous daughter! Look at her, she's the one." I couldn't help but wonder what she meant by "she's the one."
Then, the woman's husband greeted Lucas and complimented him on how much he has grown since they last met. I felt a pang of jealousy, wondering why I wasn't given the same compliment. Nonetheless, I put on a smile and tried to make small talk with the group, eager to make a good impression.
As mom spoke, I could feel a wave of emotions wash over me. I was amazed to learn that our family's success was due to the kindness of these strangers. Mr. and Mrs. Oh, were the ones who had helped my parents start their business, the one that had brought us so much success and stability. I felt a sense of gratitude towards them, they were dear friends who had helped our family in a time of need.
Dad added, "Yes, they've been our mentors and guiding light for years. We owe them everything."
"I'm honored to meet you both," I said, smiling warmly. "Thank you for everything you've done for our family."
"Oh my god honey you are talking too much. It's just a company, but our friendship is the most important thing here," Mrs. Oh interrupted, her voice full of warmth and kindness as she rubbed my mother's hand.
"And we're not here to talk about business matters tonight, are we, Mr. Kim?" Mr. Oh chimed in, grinning.
"No, indeed, Mr. Oh," my father replied, smiling back. It was clear that the two couples shared a deep bond, one that went beyond mere business dealings. But I couldn't help but wonder what this important decision was all about. The air was thick with anticipation as Lucas, and I waited for them to explain.
"Excuse me what are you guys up to? Can we talk about this later because I'm starving." Dumbass Lucas put his nose into parents talk.
"Ah that's my boy" Mr. oh laughed.
As the delicious aroma of the dinner filled the air, I tried to focus on my plate, but I couldn't help feeling a cold touch on my thigh. I looked down and a shiver ran down my spine. The slip dress I was wearing suddenly felt too revealing, and I felt exposed under the touch. I shot him a quick glance, but he seemed to be engrossed in his food, as if nothing was happening. My heart raced as I tried to figure out what was going on in his mind.

Before I could react, the hand was sliding around my thigh. I looked up to find if the Lucas playing with me, even in front of our parents. I immediately pushed his hand away from my thigh, his touch sending shivers up my arm, and resumed his exploration of my upper thigh. I could feel myself losing control, unable to resist the sensations he was causing. Despite the fact that we were sitting right in front of our parents, I found myself getting lost in the moment, caught up in the intensity of the physical connection between us. He was too close to my secret place, I struggled to keep a straight face, but inside, I was a mess of emotions - lust, confusion, and fear. I couldn't believe he was doing this in front of our parents, but at the same time, I was enjoying the thrill of it all.
Suddenly, an unfamiliar voice interrupted our intense moment. I felt a jolt of fear run through me, and I quickly stood up from the table, pretending to adjust my dress. My heart was pounding in my chest as I turned around to face the new arrival. Who was he, and had he seen what Lucas was doing?
"Hello, am I too late or...?" the stranger trailed off, a look of confusion on his face as he took in the scene before him. I felt myself blushing with embarrassment as I tried to act casual, hoping that he hadn't noticed anything out of the ordinary.
My eyes darted to the behind me, where the tall, well-dressed man was. I couldn't help but stare at him as he made his way closer to the table, his eyes scanned the room before finally resting on mine. I couldn't deny that he was quite attractive - with chiseled features, piercing eyes, and a sharp jawline. I felt a flutter in my chest as he walked closer, as he approached, I couldn't help but wonder who he was and why he was here.
"Baby, you're here! I thought you forgot about this," Mrs. Oh exclaimed as she greeted the man, who seemed to be her son.
"Honey, Lisa this is Sehun, my only son," Mrs. Oh introduced him to me. I managed to smile and greeted him back, feeling a bit shy around him. As he sat next to me, I couldn't help but feel a little nervous.
"Hello Lisa, I've heard a lot about you," the guy said as he sat down on the chair closer to me.
I was caught off guard and felt a sense of confusion. How did he know about me? I furrowed my eyebrows in response and replied, "Uh, yeah, thank you."
I couldn't help but feel curious about why he knew about me, but I didn't want to make a scene in front of our parents' friends. Instead, I tried to focus on the dinner and make small talk with Sehun.
As I talked with Sehun, I noticed Lucas shooting daggers at me. His face was filled with jealousy, and I could sense that he wasn't happy with Sehun's presence.
Mom's voice boomed, making everyone freeze. "Lisa, we want to get you two married."
Lucas abruptly stood up from the table, his eyes wide with shock.
"What?"
